Welcome to Holistic Life Farm!
We are a working homestead and delight in sharing our daily experience and offer visits with our sheep, cows and chickens.
Holistic Life Farm offers a 1 dry tent site for up to 12 people, a quaint hideaway cabin, and a glamped out 16x20 canvas tent with a wood stove. We also offer 1 RV site in our parking area.
Stop on your way to Astoria and the coast and make this your destination. Find us about 30 minutes off I-5 freeway across the Longview bridge or 45 minutes east of Astoria. Our farm sits about 5 miles off Highway 30 to the north.
We can direct you to hiking and mountain biking trails in the area (Beaver Falls trailhead is 5 miles from our farm). There is a motor boat launch in the town of Clatskanie, with access to Columbia River.
There is also a launch in the city park for kayaking. The Zen Monastery is just 5 miles away. Long Beach, WA is across the Columbia River via the Astoria Bridge. Lounging about the homestead works too.

This is a property that has been in our family for over 55 years.

It is at the end of a dead end road which ensures privacy and peace. It is a perfect place to unwind on the well maintained land

while still being able to access the many outdoor activities nearby and explore the cool historic towns of Centralia and Chehalis as well.

2 sites in an open field and 1 site in the trees just 10 minutes from I-5, but a world away from the traffic.&nbsp;Perfect for tent camping and overnight rests in most any&nbsp;vehicle. Views of the Willapa Hills on a well maintained property. Guests are greeted upon arrival. Check in before dark is required.

**New this season: We have transformed an old kennel into a cozy cabin! Sleep in comfort in a queen size bed and enjoy amenities like a cadet wall heater, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker (with complimentary coffee, sweeteners and cream) and a wine cooler. A tv with an assortment of dvds is available for evening entertainment as well. The pups are welcome to enjoy the cabin and two kennel runs that are accessible from inside the cabin. The cabin opens up to 2 acres of well maintained and fully fenced yard around the main house which is available for dogs to explore. A composting outhouse is just steps from all of the campsites and the cabin. Potable well water and a communal fire pit, with wood provided, are also available.

Horse Lovers Paradise

Horse Lovers Paradise is nestled in the beautiful Hazen Valley amongst Douglas Fir trees and a seasonal stream.  Here on the ranch we provide room for campers with Tents, RV's, remote Hillside Camping and a Cozy Bunkhouse Room.

You will find the ranch peaceful and serene.
 Our garden/event area is prefect for children to play or gathering for a visit.
There's firewood available which you may purchase here on the HipCamp site.

There are plenty of animals to love.  We have horses to brush, ride and feed. You may also see a dog, cat and free-range chickens. Did I happen to mention that we have a pet pig? Yes, Miss Piggy!!

We are all about the animals and hoping to create wonderful memories for you and your family.

We can't wait to go back and twirl under the lights ;)

Deerisland getaway

About this space Enjoy the entire charm of the cabin. Relax with your family in this peaceful retreat, nestled on 21 acres of serene hills and surrounded by fir trees and nature. If you cherish tranquility, this is the perfect getaway for you. This property also features a fenced pasture, ideal for horses or dogs. Also some short walking trails. 
The space is fully equipped with all amenities. 
Guests can access and park on the right side of the garage, under the carport with stairs leading to the rear entrance or in front of the garage. A fireplace and fire pit are available for your use. Firewood can be purchased for $5 per bundle, located behind the garage. Please leave cash or contact me via the Airbnb app to add it to your bill.

Free Wi-Fi (Starlink) is available. Each level has its own entrance and laundry facilities.

Slow Boat Farm - Island Camping

We can host up to 8 people comfortably. 

Wide open spaces, kayak launch, and small-scale farming form a unique culture at Slow Boat Farm. Camp on Puget Island, in a peaceful, pastoral setting with views of the hills and cliffs on both sides of the river. Fire ring is available year round regardless of fire bans.  A large grassy field offers ample space, and a private kayak launch is a short walk through a cottonwood forest.

You will enjoy a private camp spot with shade or open space, where we can accommodate multiple vehicles.  Larger groups can be accommodated - contact us!

Slow Boat Farm is a large meadow, five acres of grass and wide open spaces plus a great view the gorge cliffs.  Camping is available late April through September 30.

Relatives’ Land

Relatives' Land is an opportunity for Delphine, who currently owns the property and all of us visiting, to enjoy the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest and learn about the amazing bio-diversity of the area. On the land you will find some flat, prairie land that are used for gardening and chicken raising. There is also an old orchard with 15 plus apple and pear trees. Campers are welcome to harvest apples and pears in the fall when they are in season! Half of the land, 2.5 acres is a forest of pine and alder trees which hosts incredible wild life: a family of fox, Northwest bats, Northern Pygmy owls, Spotted owls, Northern flickers, Pileated woodpeckers, red ants, deer, elk, rabbits, snakes, mice and million more insects and birds. The land also has an incredible variety of mushrooms, mostly non-edible though, and ferns and mosses.

Relax at the River

We have a 1/2 acre property on the Cowlitz River in the middle of Cooks Ferry Park in Castle Rock WA. We bought the property to relax in a beautiful setting close to home. We only live 15 minutes away.

The property is made up of dredge spoils from when Mt. Saint Helens blew and is inside of a park where people can go to fish and enjoy the river. There are only 8 lots privately owned and we are the first lot that you come to.

There is plenty of room for an RV.  Guests can also tent camp or stay in our shack that has a sleeper sofa. There are snacks, a sign in book, an axe, briquets, a fire extinguisher, and other items the shack. ​There is a picnic table, fire pit, BBQ,  and wood stove.&nbsp;There is a porta potty on the property. 

We value your privacy.  We do have cameras on the property that are on when no one is there. Once a Hipcamper arrives at the property, they are turned off.  We also keep our travel trailer there to enjoy when we can.  We will never be there camping when you are there.  In the summer, we sometimes kayak. We put in upriver and get out at the property.  If it is booked at that time, we will always check first to see if it is okay for us to get out there. 

If you continue going past our property, there are some nice rock beaches with pretty views. People fish there and wade in the water in the summer.

Castle Rock is a cute little town with some nice shops, restaurants and bars. I recommend checking it out! 

We are not picky about check in/check out time. It would only matter if someone else was checking in the day you are checking out. Please ask if you expect to arrive earlier or want to check out later.
