Weekend Trip to Kountry Riverside Hideaway

A beautiful spot on the river! Lots of green grass surrounding our campsite that our dogs loved laying in the shade. Quiet with the ever changing river view. Plus, the bathroom was amazing! Definitely recommend - I would recommend reserving both spots to have the place to yourselves like we were lucky enough to.

2 nights at Whistlin' Pine Ranch Resort

Whistlin Pines was awesome! Tara is so kind and welcoming. Our friend and I booked campsites that were a bit far from each other and she remedied that and we had the perfect setup. Tara also checked in with us midway to make sure that the large group in the cabins weren't being too rowdy/loud for us at night (they weren't!) which was appreciated. The area itself is super gorgeous and private. Way way better than the state campground. So much room to explore. We loved the beach, and the kids loved paddleboarding. The lake is clean and safe. Even as a lifelong Washingtonian, I was surprised at the amount of wildlife there. Dragonflies, birds, ducks, and many more. So lovely. We will be back!

We loved the A Frame cabin on Kay’s property! She was such a great host and even stayed up late to make sure we could check in!!! I would definitely recommend! The showers were also awesome!!

I loved staying in the tiny house! The Atmosphere was amazing. Woke up to deer standing outside the tiny home. The space was clean and comfy. It was my first experience using the app. The host were very accommodating and I really enjoyed my time there. Wish I could have stayed longer! I definitely will book this stay again in the future

Weekend Trip to Secluded goat pasture and lake view

Sari has done wonderful job converting her flower barn into a quaint room. The Bouquet Barn was a unique and cozy stay. Sari was a wonderful host, and her animal friends were fun to interact with. The flower field was in bloom, and the view with Lake Chelan in the distance is spectacular. The barn itself features a comfortable queen size bed, a lamp on a side table as well as overhead lighting, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The outdoor dining area features a table with 4 chairs, an umbrella and a mat underneath. It ended up being little too cold for us to use the outdoor shower (cold water only), but she has a good shower setup on the deck. She did have a solar shower bag, but the overcast weather made heating the water difficult. The outhouse is in an ideal proximity to the barn. Sari had good, clear signage in the outhouse about the operation of the composting toilet. I would recommend the Bouquet Barn to anyone who is looking for cozy and affordable accommodations for a night or even longer.

2 nights at Masabaje Camp

I slept in Bedford and the mattress was super comfy and it was warm inside, despite a crazy windstorm. There was a power strip inside and cute string bulb lights for nighttime that plugged in. There was a lot of storage under the bed too. The spot was a little bit away from the other cabins giving it privacy, yet it was a quick walk to the bathroom and kitchen. It was super cool to have a fridge, stove, flush toilet, and showers. Delightful! The pond was cute but I didn't get to it much, too windy. The dogs were adorable and I fell in love with Pluto. Matt, the property manager, was awesome and very attentive. There was a group camping there too, and they were so generous and included me in all activities and meals! As a solo camper, it was a great experience. I would absolutely stay there again.

Weekend Trip to Lake Sena Campground at Circle 8 Ranch

We had a great stay! The campground is beautiful—lots of trees, green grass, and spacious sites. The dock on the lake was a perfect spot to relax. Plenty of shade throughout the area. The host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Weekend Trip to Whistlin' Pine Ranch Resort

My girlfriend and I had the most relaxing and wonderful stay at Whistlin' Pines Ranch. The host is lovely, the land is enchanting, the wildlife is thriving, the lake is perfect for boating and we took a canoe all around it. There are basic hot showers available for use which was a lovely surprise. The campfire pits are nice and built up with rocks from the land. The weather was perfect. The stars were so numerous and bright. On our way out we enjoyed hiking a nearby trail and observing the whole area from above. I give it 10 stars, we will be back as soon as possible.

Weekend Trip to Summerhill Farm and RV Park

Had a wonderful experience at our time at Summerhill Farm. Our daughter enjoyed the farm animals especially the cats that loved attention! Great little farm store with excellent choice of beef steaks and fresh eggs! Green grass to play games and explore. Close proximity to the lake! Hosts are amazing and work very hard at making sure that everything is running smoothly! Will be back for sure!

3 nights at Kountry Riverside Hideaway

We had a wonderful trip at this property! We booked both sites, and I'm glad we did. By having the whole property it totally made it feel like an escape. Plenty of room to navigate and park a 25' travel trailer onto ground that didn't require any leveling. Full hook ups are legit, but bring some extra sewer hose to get to the dump outs while parked. Or forget the sewer house and just use the fully equipped bath house! Very very cool to have that amenity. It was absurdly hot when we visited, but we still enjoyed ourselves/survived because of the multitude of shade options. And the RIVER!! You are right on it, with a serious amount of frontage. By the campsites there are comfortable grass areas for viewing, and further down you'll find the sandy beach that is as dreamy as the photos make it look. The simple campfire on the beach was an absolute highlight. Highly recommend these sites as well as the very friendly and communicative hosts!!

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at the farm and were pleasantly surprised that it far exceeded our expectations! Kene was super friendly and the sites are perfect for any rig. We made it up the hill no problem with our 22’ travel trailer and enjoyed the most beautiful views ever. It’s also a 5 minute drive down to Lake Chelan and within 10-15 minutes of the many amazing wineries on the lake. We also enjoyed the roaming bison 🦬 down the hill from our site and loved the fresh picked strawberries for sale at their farm store. We didn’t do hiking trails but walked the property and enjoyed long morning walks up/down the street through beautiful orchards and farms. This stop should DEFINITELY be on your camping, RV or Vanlife bucket list!!!

Masabaje Camp

Purchased in 2013 after a fire came through the area. We've spent the last 7 years regenerating the land, planting trees, building our house and collecting places for people to rest their heads. Masabaje is the first two letters of each of our parents names (Margaret, Sandy, Barry, Jerry). We offer five listings - a converted schoolbus, an Airstream, retro trailer, truck bed glamp pod and tent spot. Meet Birdy, a semi-converted Blue Bird school bus with a comfortable queen mattress, couch, two recliners, dry kitchen, cooking utensils, and camp stove. There is access to a toilet, shower and sink (clean up area) in back room of main house (about a 4 minute walk). Birdy sits at "Top Pond", farthest from the house in a super quiet and private spot. You must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags, pillows, etc. (available here for an additional fee). There is no electricity available in Birdy. Devices can be charged up at the house. There is also no heater in Birdy, overnight temperatures in September and October can dip down into the mid-low 40's or lower. Meet Tin Man, we found him after he had been in an accident. We bandaged him up and he became the first place to sleep when we bought our empty land. He has a comfortable double mattress, couch, chair, kitchen, cooking utensils, and two burner stove. There is access to a toilet, shower and sink (clean up area) in back room of main house (about a 30 second walk). Tin Man sits on our driveway round-a-bout and is closest to the house. You must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags, pillows, etc. (available here for an additional fee). Ellensburg is known for its wind and our land is just down from a wind farm. We cannot control the wind, but Birdy sits in a pretty wind protected oasis. Masabaje is a clothing optional space. We are less than 2 hours from Seattle, 1 hour to Yakima wine country, 40 minutes to Vantage, 40 minutes to Leavenworth, 50 minutes to Snoqualmie Pass, 15 minutes to Ellensburg, 25 minutes to Roslyn, 25 minutes to Yakima River Canyon for floating and hiking, and so much more!

The site is at the very end of the popular "Black canyon" section of the Methow river. Rafting and fishing guides use this property regularly. There is ample space for boat and trailer parking. We do not take late comers as we are a farm and are early to bed and early to rise. I'm sorry! We are the third generation in this location and the great grandparents had the adjoining property. My father was born and died in this house, and I was raised here also. After teaching for 32 years my husband and I inherited the farm from my folks who have since passed. There are no orchards left on the property but we are moving on with a vegetable and flower garden, goats, chickens and a llama. We have a gorgeous view of Lake Chelan but can only offer dry camping at this time. Our area has a multitude of things to do!

The lake is 220 acres known to Anglers near and far. Plenty of room for the sunseekers wanting to play in the water on paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, and water skiing. An 18-hole Golf Course resides at the North end of the lake and white water rafting just a few miles down the hill on the Methow River. Must book horseback riding in advance. We offer free Wi fi to guests near the office only.

Established in 1952 with the support of the Cashmere Chamber of Commerce and local Granges, the Expo Center has transformed from its humble beginnings into a vibrant hub for community events and gatherings. Over the years, the Expo Center has undergone significant enhancements, thanks to increased county funding and the commitment of local commissioners. Today, it features a variety of versatile buildings, including the Pavilion, our largest venue at 24,000 square feet, which hosts a diverse range of events throughout the year. In addition to our event spaces, the Expo Center offers an inviting RV camping area with 140 full-service hookup sites, complete with restroom and shower facilities. Our fully fenced park is open from April through October, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors.
