The roadfront side of our property offers level terrain for pull-behind trailers, while vehicles (preferably 4WD) and tent campers can travel all the way back to the creek. Feeling froggy? Ford the stream and camp in the large field on the other side. Be sure to mind the animals and fields, as this is a working farm.
One mile down the road from the farm is the Virginia Creeper Trail, renowned for biking, but as a multi-use trail, you can also enjoy walking, running, horseback riding, fishing, cross country skiing, and geocaching.
South Holston Lake is only minutes away by vehicle, with two public access boating ramps 10 to 20 minutes away.

We became caretakers of this lovely property in June of 2021, moving from our existing farm, 45 minutes away. When we got it, it was a blank slate of a hayfield, and we have spent the summer laying infrastructure so that we may grow our cut-flower, honey, and vegetable business.

Come and park your RV and enjoy tons of activities in and around Mountain City and the surrounding area.
On the property you can walk through the woods, sit by the stream and listen to the water rushing downstream or trickling if we haven’t had rain.
We accommodate one RV at a time and provide water and hookups in a circle drive through on private property. The owner's house and two outbuildings are on the property. A future cabin and pottery shop are in the works.
If you like the privacy and quiet away from other camper then you will enjoy your stay with us.

Campfires allowed in designated area if permitted by Fire Dept. Between October 15 to May 15 a burn permit is required. Permits are free, Owner can obtain for you.
Located 1/2 mile down the road is an entrance to Doe Mountain Recreation Area. ATV rentals available or bring your own. UTV and dirt bikes also allowed. ATV tours available at the entrance.

If you're looking for good wholesome humans who care and love for animals and land , who allow for absolute peace and quiet and a zen environment for animals... This is the place . Come here , write a book, create a master art work, contemplate the nature of the phenomenon of aliveness . Super easy to get to. Very simple and basic spot. We came from doe mountain after riding all day and it was perfect with rain all night. Could set up several tents or pull under the carport and still fit a few tents. Host is super nice and easy to communicate with. Definitely would use it again

Great spot easy to get to off the highway but quiet once you get there. Artsy outbuildings, goats, buffalo and peacocks on the property which was super cool. Beautiful views of the mountains and nice secluded spots to camp, flush toilets and running water just a little walk away. . A+, would visit again!!

Absolutely beautiful spot in the mountains! Fell asleep to the sound of the creek rambling along beside us. Make sure you bring everything you need because you really are in the middle of nowhere (although Robert did offer extra blankets and firewood) if you are looking for a peaceful retreat.. this is it.

We loved our stay at Farmhouse Gallery and Gardens! It’s such a peaceful, quiet spot with a beautiful view of the mountain and open field right from the campsite. There are tons of great trails nearby, and it’s just a short drive to Johnson City. Perfect mix of convenience and tranquility!

Cameron's land was great! For primitive camping it has great amenities like a picnic table and a clean porta potty. We also loved being by the river as well as the view of the mountains. Keep in mind that the property is surrounded on all sides by roads so taking a shower may need a curtain or something. Also there is some kinds of dog kennel or something up the mountain nearby so you hear a lot of dogs barking on and off. Overall we would def stay again because of its close proximity to Damascus and the fact you get the property to your self makes it an amazing find!
