Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
We are located less than two miles from the town of Big Stone Gap. One acre is enclosed for a dog park. There are two RV lots with 30-amp plug-ins and water hookups. Please note, we do not have a septic dump. The top lot can accommodate RVs up to 36’, and the bottom lot up to 28’. The property features fascinating sedimentary rock formations, a rock waterfall flowing into a small pond, mountain views, and a horseshoe pit. We also have wildlife cameras that capture animals passing through the property each night. For an additional fee, you can reserve our hot tub for one hour or longer. We are adults only (without prior approval). We are LGBTQ+ friendly.This site is the larger of the two sites we have. There is a 30 amp plug in and we can supply a hose hook up for water. The unique highlight of our property is that we have many huge sedimentary rock features on our property. We have used the rock to build a waterfall feature. We have an outdoor charcoal grill and other seating. Wildlife pass through or property each night. Please note: We are LGBTQ and Pet friendly hosts

Off leash, on leash. We have a fenced in acre of land. We have dogs and will set up a schedule to share the space. Owners must stay with their dogs when using the fenced in area.
No campfires
Big Stone Gap requires permits for every fire. I am looking into getting a gas fire pit but it’s not a available at this point.
No toilet; campers must bring camp toilets
