Sweetwater is a Historical site located on 40 acres with multiple lodging options. Enjoy the serenity of our exclusive camp sites sitting on the Contookook River. Each site is different, all are on the river at the Camp area. Each site is fully off grid with solar power and are equipped with Bluetooth sound system, fridge, griddle, and heat . You can swim, fish and kayak on the " Tooky" (local name for river). We are a small farm and raise our own beef cattle. Our cows are feed all natural feed and grass. We have an authentic sugar shack nestled on a 100 plus acre property that hosts fields, streams and mountain forests. We offer great views plenty of quiet off grid glamping experiences. We are offering a bed and breakfast set up. Which provides a hot or cold breakfast to you door, we will even pack it to go for an early morning adventure. There is a complete picnic area with gas grill, and burner ( with pots, pans, tea kettle, coffee press and utensils) if you like to cook. Days can be filled with hiking or mountain bike trails for you alone! (10 exclusive acres of the 250) Visit nearby, loon inhabited, Walker Pond where fishing or kayaking are a favorite pastime. In the evenings, you can drop into Concord, NH…a short 20 minute ride for dinner or all the nightlife and shopping our capital city has to offer. We’d instead recommend staying right on the property-the sweeping sunsets won’t be surpassed. Grill your kabobs right over the open fire or in the propane provided grill. You know what follows…s’mores by your private campfire where the stars are brightest in the middle of this 250 acre farm. It’s sure to put a twinkle in your eye! It could seem difficult to pull yourself away, but the luxuriously appointed queen bed is sure to beckon you for a restful night…keep the many screened windows open! Please be aware there are two security cameras, one at the entrance and one at the Owls Nest Guest Only Sign. There are no cameras around the cabin.

Weekend Trip to Bent Apple Farm

Perfect snow get away. Wood burning stove and heater kept us warm, even with just one. Enjoyed listening and looking through the vinyls. Loved the hot tub after a long day of hiking and the comfy bed. The cabin was cute and felt very lived in. It was a nice surprise to see a journal of how many people stayed there, especially during Covid, very lovely notes people left! Only down side - couldn’t stop sneezing at times, lots of dust in the crevices of the wood floor and fabric. Also wish there was a bit more privacy at the door and hot tub, could see the guest next door. Overall definitely would recommend and stay again!

6 nights at Riverside Retreat and Tiny Cabin

Had a most wonderful cozy winter stay at the tiny house. Such a beautiful location (overlooking the Putney river), with nice views and quiet surroundings. The cabin itself was well equipped with everything we needed, and a quality propane stove that kept us warm through a 0° night! Robbin was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had leading up to and throughout the stay. So grateful to have discovered this little gem and looking forward to visiting again in the spring or summer. Thanks!

The place was very accomodating and has plenty of character with a few short but that's what I came for, away from the city!!! My family had a good time. On a snowy winter day you definitely need AWD.

Wonderfully warm and curated cozy cabin! It was a wet, chilly, late fall weekend and we were so comfortable in Robbin’s tiny house. Everything was just as described and we likewise had everything + more we needed. Really enjoyed the sound system and super appreciated the ample water provided. Love the added space of the lofted bed. The pull down ladder went with the overall fun, creative vibe of the spot. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed the horse run in! The run in was clean and had everything we needed. Very much enjoyed the wood burning stove, hot tub, and fire pit. We found the dvd player, books, and record player charming. The farm is beautiful and we enjoyed the town of Londonderry. While the listed rules were a bit overwhelming, Ben and Loana were very kind and hospitable and easy to deal with (it was only surprising bc the rules had set a bit of a different tone). I would highly recommend.

1 night at Oma's Cabin -A Quiet Forest Retreat

Staying in Oma’s cabin was beautiful. The cabin feels handmade down to the smallest detail. You can feel the hosts’ Erin and Philip’s care in everything about the place. Excellent kitchen set up with everything necessary to cook meals and clean up. The stove kept the cabin warm and comfortable when it was cold and windy outside. Luna the dog came by to say hi. Fire pit is great for having a fire under the stars. Walking distance to a great hiking trail. Really just a perfect off-grid cabin in the woods.

Weekend Trip to Unplugged, No electricity, no wifi.

The cabin was adorable. I enjoyed my weekend “unplugged.” There are solar lights which work perfect when the sun goes down. The cabin contained everything needed for cooking. There were several options for additional lights if needed - including lanterns to take to the outhouse. I enjoyed a quiet and relaxing weekend!

We had everything we could have needed for any scenario we might have missed preparing for and everything was laid out and easy to access. Weekend Trip to Green Mountain Trails

We stayed here while mountain biking the Heart of the Greens loop on the Velomont trail. It was the perfect spot. The stars were amazing, sunrise was fantastic and the descent in the morning was great. Matt was responsive and recommended some great trails. I want to back already.
