It used to be called Common View Farm. We hear the name came from the fact that we can see the Craftsbury Common from the height of the property. Legend holds that people have seen strange lights and orbs in the area. It may just be a yarn told by the locals to the new flatlanders. I have never noticed anything of the sort and I have been looking. Who doesn't like a good New England ghost story? Larry farms about 30 acres of the property; square bales for horses. The rest are woods. We have our own old mare, Ruby, which gave Larry the haying idea. She has two goat buddies, Danny-Boy and Brownie (guess what color he is?). Our dog, Tinker, runs the land and loves dog friends as well as humans. Our views are of the Lowell Mountains closest and the Green Mountains in the distance. You can see the Lowell wind farm on the horizon. We have a large garden and raspberry patch. When in season, you are free to pick! The house on the property, Larry built. It's a beauty. He also has two shops and some barns. No shortage of farm implements. You are welcome to walk to your heart's content and to visit Ruby and the boys. Best site I've ever stayed at! Good amount of space between sites but still an easy walk to the kitchen+water, outhouses were clean and convenient with an excellent sense of interior decoration! We stayed at Birch Grove on a particularly cold, rainy, and windy Halloween weekend and Nick already had a large tarp set up over the easiest tent spot.... plus a cow skull and a few candles for the ambiance. Excellent vibes 👌

Incredible site with multiple pitches spread out around the land. We were lucky enough to be put on the beat site...on site 7 (despite booking the field site). What a view and great facilities. Fit pit with grill for cooking whilst watching the stars and white mountains. Camp cooking kitchen and shower near the main house. Fire wood for sale. Compost toilet at each site. The only problem was we wished we could have stayed longer! Look out for the friendly moose and check out the little boat on the pond. Fab site 10/10.

Lovely, secluded campsite in the woods. Potable water and trash (plus recycling and compost) located at the barn, about 300 ft away. The provided firewood was excellent, kept dry underneath a tarp at the site. Picnic table and bench, as well as two Adirondack chairs, were a nice touch. The composting bucket toilet, located under a small permanent structure at the site, was very clean and did not smell at all.

Sacred Nectar Sanctuary was our favorite Hipcamp yet! Nick's property has all of the key amenities of a traditional campground, plus a few extras: community kitchen, firewood for sale, extra parking, walking trails, outhouses, access to drinking water, etc. However, unlike a traditional campground, the sites are very spaced out and private, which makes for a really great camping experience!! We were able to allow our dogs to wander off-leash at our campsite and in the surrounding woods, without bothering any other campers. Also, the sandy clearings at our site made it so easy to pitch our tents! We will definitely be back, and can't wait to check out some of the other sites at Sacred Nectar!

SNS is such a gem of a place. We stayed for the first time here, at site 3 and had such a lovely time. The property is gorgeous and has a lot to offer whether it’s walking trails, hanging out outside, or stargazing. The photos of site 3 don’t even do it justice - Nick has added a teepee over the main tent are and much more. You’re not far from Lake Winnipesaukee, North Conway, and even Franconia Notch State Park for extra adventures. Our car broke down while on a day trip to SNS and had to be towed locally and Nick was super accommodating with making sure we had a spot for a few extra nights of camping, and letting us leave our food and provisions in the communal kitchen. What felt like what could be a major inconvenience just allowed us more time to be at SNS (a treat!) and know that if we needed help, Nick felt like someone to go to. Nick’s dog Chaga was such a sweet soul and felt like the protector of the property. There were lots of sweet pups during our stay we got to meet and hang with. This is a can’t miss place for people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. We can’t wait to go back!

2 nights at La Lu Farm camp site

My partner and I booked a camping trip at La Lu's Farm and we loved it. We were there in early October and the foliage around the property was beautiful. We stayed in one of the Yurts and it was super cozy. The goats were super friendly too! Also, I really appreciate how responsive Constancia was to all of our questions!
