I had a great time camping here! It was quiet, private, peaceful and had a great little fire pit set up. There was water at the site also which made the trip so much easier for me. The land was beautiful. Marcus was communicative and helpful and even brought some more firewood when I ran out. I hope to go back there again next season.

My friend and I loved tent camping on Jason’s land! I have been here with a group of friends before, and they have before that, so it really has something going for it that keeps us coming back. It’s the perfect blend of being easily accessible off the road but quiet enough to still feel remote and peaceful at night - we could see an insane amount of stars both nights we were here this past weekend. Love the accessibility of firewood, proximity to hiking trails by foot as well as the brewery with live music and all the good beer. Easy walk to the distillery across the street too so even if weather doesn’t work out you’ve always got a range of things to do. Well set up campsites, each one has a picnic table and fire pit and good tent spaces. Jason is a fantastic human, thank you for helping us start our first flint fire! We will be back again soon :)

Derek was an amazing host. Super chill and helpful and he went above and beyond. The treehouse is beautiful and cozy and offers modern amenities and conveniences while still feeling like you’re glamping. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in nature

My wife and I stayed in the Beaverpond and Sugarmaple treehouses. Both are fantastic.
The location is right in the middle of a lot of fun VT attractions (swimming holes, hiking, MTB/cycling.) Time on the property is time well spent, too. Our dog loved running around in the woods.
Derek is a super cool dude and made sure that we were well set up for our time there.
Highly recommend.

Jason was a great host. Met us upon arrivlval and helped us get parked and hooked up. The gravel road to the property was very well maintained and wide and very easily accessible. We enjoyed the farm animals and location. Jason was very accomodating for my dogs and even brought over an outdoor rug from my dog to lay on so she didn't get pine sap all over her. My dog loves to be outside so he just communicated us to when his dogs were going to be out and I brought mine in and it worked out great. Great location close to many hiking trails in such a beautiful area... There is a hiking trail right on the property and it was so nice to have that right there. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jason!

Absolutely beautiful view! Site #6 is completely private which was nice. The brewery is cool too. Things were a little confusing and not labeled. I saw another review that said site #6 was right near the others. There is a “#6” on one of the other picnic tables and it is not actually site #6 so that could have been part of the confusion. Host was responsive and friendly when we arrived. It was hard to get ahold of the host when I had questions prior to the trip. However, overall it was a really great camping experience!

We camped in a wildflower meadow, firefly shows every night, a hidden fern gully in the trees, and no sounds but nature. Marcus was there if needed, but this was a nice private space to enjoy. Groceries and other amenities are not far, but easily avoided. 10/10 camping.

Great campsite, great views, great stay overall! We stayed at Site 1, and even though it was near some other sites, we had plenty of space and it worked out great. There was a porta-potty, but it was clean and well kept. Jason let us grab wood for a fire from a nearby pile. The brewery was fantastic and it was great to be undercover during an afternoon storm. There was great canoeing and fishing within 30 minutes — we’ll definitely be back soon!

Can’t beat the mountain views of this spot! As others have mentioned, if you are looking for solitude, don’t expect to find it here. But what you will find is great beer and pizza and a view to die for! It is quiet at night with an occasional car passing down the main road. Check in was a breeze and the host was accommodating!

Overall a nice spot, would go back when it's warmer and the snow has melted back a bit more. Lots of barking at night, but otherwise no issues. Views were beautiful.
