Had a great time camping in the level field by the pine trees with my puppy! Visited the area to be away from lights for stargazing and it was perfect. There was a nice fire pit, outhouse and sugar shack on site. Gracious host, excellent hospitality - would go back!

Babbling brook, campfire, smell of pines, almost no light pollution at night, really hard to beat. It is on a road, but like 12 people live past this area so not many cars. The local atv club will roll by about 9 AM but that's about it.

Our stay at Camp Ebb and Flow was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, hosts Jeff and Jill greeted us with such kindness and warmth that we instantly felt right at home. They went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations for hiking trails, scenic road trips, and great spots to grab a bite — their hospitality truly set the tone for our visit.
The property itself is beautifully maintained — spotless, thoughtfully landscaped, and full of charm. It’s clear that Jeff and Jill take great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. We especially appreciated their off-leash policy, as we travel everywhere with our dog, Dex, and he absolutely loved the freedom to roam and explore safely.
I'd be remiss if I did not mention the bath house, yes, there's also a bath house. It's all enclosed, climate controlled, spotless, and includes Jill's personal touch with the stellar decor.
If you’re looking for a place to escape the everyday hustle and recharge, look no further. Camp Ebb and Flow offers the perfect balance of peace and natural beauty. The gentle brook on the property was one of our favorite spots to unwind, listen to the soothing sounds of nature, and simply breathe.
There’s no question — we’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Jeff and Jill, for creating such a special place!

We had a great weekend tent camping at Cloud 9. The directions were clear, the campsite was beautiful, and the vault toilet outhouse was clean. You could hear some cars and dogs barking in the far distance, but overall felt much more private and quiet than a normal campsite. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my first tenting experience specifically through HipCamp. This place was very clean and organized. I also bought eggs from the chickens. 🤌🏾 Never saw the host. Magic! Such a vast space and I didn’t see a single other person. So yes, very private. I liked it!

We enjoyed out stay in this nice campsite on a remote road. There was some SUV traffic during the weekend days. They all waved and were friendly. At night the road was very quiet and all you could here was the gentle creek and some tree frogs. i would definitely return.

The second we pulled into ebb and flow we were welcomed by Jeff and Jill, the property is gorgeous, very very well maintained, the bath house is brand spanking new, Cool little swimming hole in Brook, tons to do in the area, CHEAP fire wood, could not have asked for a better weekend and better hosts!! I hosted a group event at Francis's hipcamp and was very pleased with the site. It is a field along a beautiful mountain brook. It was early August and it wasn't buggy. The campsite was just as described. I met with Francis on the first day and did not see him again during my 4 day stay. The campsite is very easy to find on an improved gravel road. There is not much traffic on the road which makes it quite peaceful.

Beautiful views and the sweetest host! Marcia was so kind and welcoming—she even gave us fresh eggs. The outhouse was clean, and the fire pit was perfect for a quiet evening (we were lucky to have the place to ourselves!). It felt like if we needed anything, she would’ve been happy to help. Such a peaceful, well‑kept spot.
