My land is easily accessible by main road, has ample parking, and yet cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, wildlife, fireflies and peepers are just outside the door. Winter offers easy access to groomed VAST trails in the field behind the house and studio. Hopkins Center, AVA Gallery, the Lebanon Opera House, Northern Stage, and a wide array of restaurants are within 20 minutes. The Lyme bridge is now open, so there are more restaurants, trails, activities and the Dartmouth Skiway! Despite the proximity to town and even to my home, the simple studio space is serene in its sumac baby forest. The space is one of a kind, with a giant salvaged chapel window, cathedral ceilings, a candelabra, a clawfoot tub, a quirky outhouse, on-demand hot water, electricity and wifi. The site lists that it sleeps 4? But three is more realistic, and I cannot seem to change it. Cabin has a 2-burner propane stove and fully stocked kitchen (pots, utensils, etc). No running water or electricity, but cabin is stocked with 7 gallons of drinking water, plus a rain barrel for wash water. Separate outhouse with a sawdust bucket toilet and bucket shower. Two camp-size mattresses upstairs - bring your own bedding. Woodstove for heat. Fire circle outside for campfires.

Had a most wonderful cozy winter stay at the tiny house. Such a beautiful location (overlooking the Putney river), with nice views and quiet surroundings. The cabin itself was well equipped with everything we needed, and a quality propane stove that kept us warm through a 0° night! Robbin was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had leading up to and throughout the stay. So grateful to have discovered this little gem and looking forward to visiting again in the spring or summer. Thanks!

Weekend Trip to Pine Cone Cabin

Small, cozy, and warm cabin. It snowed 2/3 days we were there, and wood stove kept us toasty! Dog’s enjoyed the little trail to the power lines in the morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The cabin was a perfect retreat for my husbands birthday. Our dogs enjoyed all of the outdoor adventures and cozying up with the wood stove. There’s enough creature comforts to feel at ease while also enjoying the simplicity of being in the woods.

Wonderfully warm and curated cozy cabin! It was a wet, chilly, late fall weekend and we were so comfortable in Robbin’s tiny house. Everything was just as described and we likewise had everything + more we needed. Really enjoyed the sound system and super appreciated the ample water provided. Love the added space of the lofted bed. The pull down ladder went with the overall fun, creative vibe of the spot. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Staying in Oma’s cabin was beautiful. The cabin feels handmade down to the smallest detail. You can feel the hosts’ Erin and Philip’s care in everything about the place. Excellent kitchen set up with everything necessary to cook meals and clean up. The stove kept the cabin warm and comfortable when it was cold and windy outside. Luna the dog came by to say hi. Fire pit is great for having a fire under the stars. Walking distance to a great hiking trail. Really just a perfect off-grid cabin in the woods.

A little slice of paradise and EXACTLY what I was looking for. Key element such as cosiness, impressive surround sound system, a great Vermont view, and everything in good working order and easy to access. I loved it so much I extended my stay :-). Robbin is an exceptional host, she even messaged me with a map of a hike around town which I definitely made good use of. I'll be back!

Weekend Trip to Harold's View Farm

We loved our stay in the Cabin at Louella’s place. It was peaceful, had a lovely view of the mountains, and everything we needed for a rustic weekend stay. The bed was comfortable with plenty of warm blankets available. We brought sleeping bags and a small propane heater that kept us warm enough. We hope to visit again in the future and would recommend the cabin to anyone looking for a cozy stay.

Camp TedRock is awesome! The site is beautiful, well maintained, and peaceful. There are lots of details that show the care put into the experience, like the extra cot, extra lanterns, a bag of kindling, and hand written notes on nearby mountains and lakes. We would definitely come back!
