We have PYO Blueberries and a farm stand open from mid July to August. We sell organically grown blueberries and produce locally. Learn more about this land: Our private Sugar Shack is at the end of our blueberry fields and faces the forest. The Sugar Shack sleeps two in a comfy double bed with clean sheets and a fleece blanket. I wash the linens and blanket in hot water for each and every booking. (Keep food in your car at night so that the bear does not eat it!) We are above the Ottauquechee River at North Hartland Lake. We have rentable canoes and a kayak. We can transport you to and pick you up for a canoe trip on the Connecticut River or to North Hartland Lake.. We are located two miles from Quechee, 7 miles from historic Woodstock to the west, and 7 miles to hip White River Junction to the east and 8 1/2 miles to Dartmouth College and the Appalachian Trail. There are fun casual restaurants with some sit down and take-out nearby and our local Jakes Market can provide you with a nice selection of groceries. Please do not allow them on the bed. We don't have a fenced in yard so if they are aggressive or do not know recall, please keep them leashed. We have bears, skunks, fox, coyote, woodchucks, livestock and we would not want them to be in danger at any point. No more than 2 dogs are allowed at a time. I have one very friendly dog, Tilly. She will be with me while I am working on site Monday, Thursday, Sunday. - Feel free to visit with the goats and horse in the barn but do not enter their stalls or feed them. - Check out: take all trash with you, put out fire, message Hannah when you leave and please review the hut. We are a maple sugar, beautiful farm with a majestic view of the mountains and sunsets. We have 4 sites for tents. There are 2 sites available along the west side of our maple forest, beautiful sunset views. . Also, 2 sites on the north side , with awesome morning sunrises glistening across the meadow. These 2 site can be excellent for parties of 6-10 with several tents. Sunset views are only 100 ft away. We have set up 1 tent at Mount Diiablo, including a cot, on the lower side of our property, Bring a bed roll, or we can provide a sleeping bag for a small extra fee. Our cabin at Kozy Korner is popular for those that want the rustic life but a little comfort. It has a double bed , made up with sheets and pillows. Also, a single cot that can be used as well. Just 150 steps away from our driveway, across the street ( before the black mail box) there is access to a refreshing swim hole in the Poultney River . Verlaska Farm is approx 2 miles to the Fairgrounds trailhead of Slate Valley Trails. Our farm is 2 1/2 miles from Poultney Village, where there are restaurants and a couple of awesome pubs! Set up on the top of our land at New Morning North Farm. You will have your own driveway all the way up to a view in the middle of the woods. There are trails right from your site! We have a small farm with a friendly mule and horse that stay close to the site. Our beautiful tent is currently fully furnished with 2 twin size futons and 2 queen size futons. The futons are stackable to make more room during the day but can be spread out for comfortable sleeping for everyone. There is also a shelf with useful books and a light. A chest full of extra blankets and a couple chairs. Note- Each futon has a washable cover that is cleaned between visits and there are extra pillows and blankets provided but you should bring your own bedding to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be. If you're traveling by plane and don't have your bedding let me know and I will see what I else I can provide. There's a rustic yet clean compostable toilet with compostable toilet paper, hand sanitizer, a water dispenser and a fresh towel for cleaning but there is no shower. There are plenty of beautiful lakes and rivers around to swim in though! There's also a very affordable gym with showers at nearby Colby Sawyer College. There's a fire pit with wood included but this is still camping and you are encourages to find kindling and bring some newspaper to get it going. I will let you know if there are any fire restrictions. Outside the tent we also have a table and chairs and seats around the fire. There is a water dispenser for drinking water on the table and a small charcoal grill. I can refill water as needed. We have a tree house and playground for the kids (sorry the zipline is down right now because we had a huge tree fall over the winter). We are hoping to get it back up soon. Kids love it here! They get the pat the horses and play on the natural playground. If we are around, you're welcome to come help feed the horses and chickens and catch frogs in the pond. Just text me. We also now have two huge domesticated ducks that hang out on the pond. The farm dog Hector does his job every morning and runs around the property checking things out. If he happens to come up to the camp don't be alarmed. He is loud yet friendly. We have a general rule of no dogs but sometimes dogs are okay. Please reach out. We are only a few miles from famous Grafton Pond and very close to Cole Pond, Kolelemook Lake, Little Lake Sunapee, Pleasant Lake, Lake Sunapee, Mascoma Lake and the list goes on! Only 10 minutes to New London for shopping and dining. Tons of hiking close by too! Shaker Village in Enfield is very close and Hanover and Lebanon are about half an hour away. I quick drive from Boston can take just over an hour without traffic.

We can transport you to and pick you up for a canoe trip on the Connecticut River or to North Hartland Lake.. We are located two miles from Quechee, 7 miles from historic Woodstock to the west, and 7 miles to hip White River Junction to the east and 8 1/2 miles to Dartmouth College and the Appalachian Trail. There are fun casual restaurants with some sit down and take-out nearby and our local Jakes Market can provide you with a nice selection of groceries.
