Camping with tents and RV’s allowed on the property. There are free range chickens on the property as well as owners having 2 friendly dogs. Come and enjoy the sounds of the crickets and beautiful dark skies at night.

RIVER BEND CAMP GROUND

ENTRANCE TO OUR PROPERTY IS STRAIGHT NORTH AT THE END OF THE PAVEMENT.  PLEASE DO NOT TURN LEFT ON SESSION LANE!

We have ten acres that our home sit on but about 9 acres that consist of dry farm grass.  We use 1 acre for camping and parking.  The Weber river runs across the  back of our property where we have a campground with tables and firepits.  This is a family campground.  We do not have Electrical Power or Water hookups. We have added 4 wooden porta potty enclosed in  small tents which we service every day or as needed.    Site selection is determined by type of sleeping accommodations and managements discretion. 

We have now have one tent areas and 1 RV spot.  

**We allow 2 adults per site and/or 2 adults and minor children per site.

 (Larger Family Gathering must be approved and pay extra based on the number of family or friends  expected) 

WE NOW HAVE A COMPLETE FIRE BAN.

ALL FIREWORKS ARE CURRENTLY STRICTLY PROHIBITED 

We are not a public campground and only list through Hipcamp and so our property is posted with NO TRESPASSING SIGNS. It is very important to let us know your approximate arrival time and call when you arrive.  We will guide you down to the campgrounds and show you the best spots base on your type of camping. (Sleeping in trailers or van's versus tent campers)

One draw back to our property is that we are within 1/2 mile of a well use highway (US 84) and railroad track.  We have only had one camper who was concerned about the noise.  Here at the house we don't notice it and maybe we are just use to it.

 Limited swimming and use of paddle board based on river conditions.  

Fishing is limited because we are on private property and  the river is not stocked by the Utah fish and game. So, we are dependent on normal reproduction of the fish. Fly fishing being the best however you can use lures. Power bait or any bait that requires treble hooks are not allowed..  We would prefer catch and release.

The Rockin Robbins Ranch

Our beautiful ranch is a Family Farm started by Grandpa Dar. We continue to honor the old ways of caring for free roaming chickens, growing food without chemicals, honey bee shelters, sharing our Hearth and Home with family  and friends. Our rose gardens are delightful, and full of birds..  enjoy... 

We have been planting Hazelnut Trees, Chestnut Trees, Peach Trees, and a grove of old Oak Trees, old apple tree varieties, and of course our Mulberry trees... We have expanded our ranch to a few more acres for our cows to be able to have more room. 

Our Fire Pit is open to all guests. The wood for all designated fire areas is provided.  There are BBQ Grills, Dutch Ovens, etc so you can cook out doors. The Outdoor hot water shower offers a place to cool down in summer heat... Water is always hot with our tankless water heater... 

We plant and tend vegetable gardens for our guests to share in the harvest.  We plant  Huggle Mounds in the spring... as well as grapes and assorted fruit trees... 

You are welcome to walk our Custom Labyrinth. You are free to wander the fields, gardens and orchards. When the garden is in bloom, help yourself... 

Most sites have air conditions or fans, as well as heaters in season. 110 power is at each site... 

We have a Grumpy Dragon Cafe outside with a help yourself breakfast bar. Picnic tables are provided at tent sites and at the Grumpy Dragon. WIFI is available at the Grumpy Dragon as well as at your camp site... 

Help your self to muffins, breakfast bars, beverages and fresh fruit. A refrigerator is outside for cold water and frozen water bottles. 

Coffee, tea and Hot chocolate is always available. 

WIFI is available at the  for an outdoor Cafe... Your devices should be able to pick up a strong signal.  5 G and 2.4...( 2 different pass words are provided)

Our Farmhouse on the Ranch has been a Bed and Breakfast since 1991

You can book a guest room inside the Farmhouse...A 5th wheel trailer, our B and B. Country Traveler RV... these are stationary and do not leave the property or our outdoor camp sites.

Property has large Canopy Port on site with very close access to the Cottonwood Canyons.  Port is 45ft long, 15ft wide and 12 ft wide with access to power.  Location is perfect for summer and winter activities including skiing, biking and climbing.  Vehicle will also be held in secure location behind gate

Rafter C Ranch

We are located in the rural city of Fairfield in Cedar Valley Utah. Macy's grocery store, fast food and gas located in Eagle Mountain 4.4 miles away. We are  in a semi arid area featuring a large gravel parking area - sewer hook-up, water, 50/30 amp power & lots of room for parking. Quiet country setting off Hwy 73. Nearby attractions:  1.5 miles to Camp Floyd/Stagecoach Inn State Park, (on the Pony Express trail), 4.5 miles to 5 Mile Pass OHV recreation area, 3.8 miles to Firefly wheels park (bicycle pump track, skate park, pickleball court and down hill bike trails).

Our ranchette is&nbsp;for boarding horses- both monthly and overnights. &nbsp;We are big rig friendly with rotomill roads and spacious views. &nbsp;We have&nbsp;small pastures where horses &nbsp;roam and graze. &nbsp;For Hip Campers we hope you&nbsp;enjoy the beautiful views and spectacular sunsets. &nbsp;Please "self serve" park at the north end of the sand arena- about 400 yards north of Pioneer Rd. No meetNgreet needed.Learn more about this land:Plenty of RV parking (no tents, no car camping) at the north side of our Horse Boarding Ranch.  Big Rig friendly, no road noise, safe and secure.  More of a "safe parking/overnight" spot. Not a campground.  1.25 mile west of I-15, greater Ogden area.  See the yellow lines on the google map for entry and X for parking spot.  No "meet N greet" offered, please self serve.  RVs only. No tents/no car camping.

Enchanted Urban "Tree House" for 5

Calling all travelers who want an escape from the mundane! 

Our "Enchanted Urban TREE HOUSE" is called this due to the upper loft area with skylights that look into the trees branches above! The Enchanted Whimsical theme is very "Alice In Wonderland-esc". 

Allow yourself and your group to be enchanted by the livingroom's GOLD CEILINGS and clocks wall, reminding you to unwind and take some time for self care! 

On the topic of self-care, upon ascending the GOLD SPIRAL STAIRCASE located in the newly remodeled kitchen, you will be hugged with a unique meditation station, just outside the loft bedroom. Here there are ton's of tiny golden mirrors and some meditation floor pads, for an ideal spot to sit in contemplation and seek your most present minded self.

A door-way off this room leads you into the "tree-house" feeling bedroom. The green color scheme and the skylight peering at the branches of the trees which extend over the roof in the sky, create a "tree-house like" experience. 

Back down on the ground level, you will find a second and third bedroom. The first one has a queen bed as well as a closet. The 3rd bedroom sleeps just one person with a twin bed and is at the back of the house. The window looking out back from here is the closest room to the hot tub/gazebo area in the backyard, which is professionally cleaned and maintained.  

There is a remodeled, full bath with bath tub on the ground level. This is the only bathroom in this home. 

The remodeled kitchen is well stocked/appointed. 

This backyard space has a couple outside table and chair areas, and it is the place we would as that you park during your stay, accessing it through the alley (see listing photos). The yard is fully fenced. 

The neighborhood is a mix of single family and multifamily dwellings and is close to Freeway entrances, minutes from restaurants, bars entertainment

Second Chance Ranch

My husband Shaun and I fell into rescuing horses quite by accident.&nbsp; We started a non-profit to promote the Rescue, Rehab, Retrain and Rehome method to get horses out of bad situations and into good homes. We are a small rescue and hope to be much bigger one day!&nbsp; Please come visit, enjoy our beautiful property and support an amazing non-profit cause while you are at it!&nbsp;Learn more about this land:We are a non-profit horse rescue situated on one acre. The best description I can give of our property is that it's great for a convenient and quaint "Stop and Sleep".&nbsp; This is because we are located right off of&nbsp;the old main highway and have two neighbors within eyesight from the house. This site is very convenient for quick stays since it is so CLOSE TO THE HIGHWAY this makes it convenient but may not be appropriate for very light sleepers or for extended stays. &nbsp;The camping area is simple, with wild grass and a fire pit, bordered by the river on one side and the horse pasture on the other.&nbsp;&nbsp;You can see and hear the river easily April-July. The river is seasonal and does dry up in mid July-August.&nbsp;Drinkable hose water is available near the house.&nbsp;&nbsp;If you want a ranch-style camping experience with lots of interaction with your hosts and opportunity for adventure then you have chosen the right camping location! You are welcome to join in the daily choring activities or choose to be taken on a scenic trail ride or thrilling guided gallop on beautiful and well-trained rescue horses.PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom is located in our house and has a flushable toilet and shower with hot water. Bathroom hours are 8am-9pm.&nbsp; Parking is located a few hundred feet from the campsite, just off of the road.&nbsp; You must walk a few hundred feet to get to the campsite and you cannot pull your vehicle right up to it.&nbsp;While we do welcome car campers and pop-up trailers, just know you won't be parked at the campsite if you choose to sleep this way.&nbsp;&nbsp;We look forward to having you camp with us!&nbsp;

Such a cute campsite down by the creek! It was dried up for the winter when we got here, but would be heavenly to fall asleep to in the spring or summer!
