Christina is an amazing host! Even before I stayed with her, she offered some great recommendations for my road trip. Would have never known about the scenic drive down from western CO if it weren’t her. When I checked-in, we chatted for a little bit, and she was extremely kind. The place has such calming energy, too. The room itself is cozy, and the bed is a perfect place for slumber after some hiking. One of the highlights is that Christina’s place is walking distance to all the restaurants. Really enjoyed just casually strolling down the streets. Highly recommend staying here!

Nothing beats BLM land and campgrounds BUT when you’re looking for a little reset during your road trip / camping, this is the perfect spot. Hot showers, flush toilets (which can be hard to come by in Moab), laundry, WiFi AND you can use the hotel’s amenities. Would recommend if you’re looking for a night away from the campgrounds.

I decided to ask if I could change to a cabin/room because I had a miserable time the past 4 days in zion, bryce and capitol reef. Snow, wind and rain. Sean(?) was super helpful with it and super friendly and approachable. It’s such a relaxing place to stay and my decision not to tent camp was a good one. Bathhouses are extremely clean and private for the showers. Laundry room works and they have a scentless detergent which was clutch. Going home with clean clothes is a plus. The kitchen is also a super nice area to mingle amongst other campers or just do your work and relax! The rooms are spotless and beds were great! No notes. Didn’t know HTR was also in the Adirondacks, I’ll be there soon! 10/10 stay and service!

Location was right in town, and very close to Arches National Park. Bathrooms were very clean. Showers with hot water was great. It did get very windy so we had to abandon but besides the wind the camp site was great.

Weekend Trip to Up The Creek Campground

I think this is a great little tent only campground right inside town! Price was pretty good, especially considering nearby hotel rates. Within walking distance to anything you'd want to walk to. Bathroom facilities were pretty good. I can only speak for the men's side. 2 shower stalls, 2 toilet stalls, 2 sinks, nice seating bench in the middle to help change clothes. I think with the room they have it is set up pretty well. My only realistic suggestion would be to make the toilet stall doors taller (never fun when someone looks over the tops at you while you're vulnerable). A small gripe. I would totally stay here again, and I would recommend this place to a friend.

we camped here in a rooftop tent and overall felt pretty safe and comfortable here! amenities were really nice. clean bathrooms/showers, busy pool, and amazing coffee bar that made leaving early in the morning super easy. van parking is just spots in a parking lot on the side of the main building so less campground vibes and more of an urban spot to reserve for when you’re exploring in Moab. we went to arches the day we checked in and the short drive time was definitely a plus. van spots were a little tight as other reviews said, but being in a subaru with a rooftop tent it wasn’t a problem for us. van spots are right outside the pool so when it’s busy it can be super noisy until quiet hours hit, which wasn’t a problem for us, something for other people to consider if that’s a big factor. overall a good experience!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have the pool and the hot tub and the bathroom so close. We stayed three nights in March. It was cool weather, but I think if you stay here in hot weather, you would wish there was shade. There is no shade where you park.

Fabulous location just off the main drag in town. Great water pressure in showers and clean bathrooms. Ice sold on site and water/trash/recycling all convenient. Fun vibe and quiet neighbors. Host made adding an extra night easy and was highly responsive. If you freak out by red sand might not be for you.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Christina's! I felt very safe, comfortable and welcomed. It resides in the heart of Moab, so just a walks away from the cafes, parks/trails, shops and food options the town has to offer, as well as being a close drive to exquisite outdoor adventures. I would stay at Christina's again and highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Bear Family Ranch RV and Camping

Nice, clean space. We arrived very late at night, and the hosts were still out to make sure we got in okay. Bonus, they gave us some eggs just to be friendly. Woke up to beautiful views on a lovely ranch. If we're up in the area again, we'll probably stay here.

Just two blocks from Main Street, Up The Creek is a cozy, urban campground - an oasis of peace and relaxation in the heart of Moab. Our 16 site, tent-only, park &; walk to your site campground is nestled within a grove of large shade trees next to a cooling perennial stream. We are located off the beaten path, yet a just a short walk to Moab's many restaurants and shops. Our close proximity to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks as well as the World Famous Slick Rock Bike Trail gives you easy access to any adventure you choose! Pricing is as follows: $/night for 1 person; each additional person in a site is $7 Friday and Saturday is $3 for 1 plus $9/person additional Below (at the bottom of this email and copied from the website) is the checklist of items guests must acknowledge before booking on our site. In addition, we have the following Disclaimer & Etiquette items: Disclaimer We are a tiny, cozy Urban Campground located right in the bustling town of Moab next to the newly constructed middle school. We are nestled within a grove of large shade trees, and beautiful landscaping, and next to a cool perennial stream. (Please keep in mind that if you are coming in the early spring, there will not be foliage or flowers yet and camp will look more bare than the website photos! Also, note that the creek's flow is variable throughout the year) We are just 2 blocks off of the Main street, close to shopping, restaurants and the bike/walking path. We are a self check-in, (no onsite office), tent-only, walk-in only (park and walk in), campground. (No cars in camp, no camping in parking lot allowed.) Sites are primarily on sand. Small Tent sites can accommodate one larger tent or two smaller tents with a maximum capacity of four people. Large Tent Sites can accommodate 2 larger tents or three to four smaller tents with a maximum capacity of 6 people. Due to our small size, this camp is not recommend for children under 3. Etiquette: Check-in/Quiet hrs: Check-in is after 12:00 noon and Check-out is 11:00 am. The bath house is closed for cleaning from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Please plan accordingly! Quiet hours in camp are from 10:00pm to 6:00am. Consider the many nearby places you can go if you want to stay up late, as a courtesy to your neighbors. ‍ About Us: We are an Urban Camp! Local noise includes but is not limited to; trucks, cars, motorcycles, 4X4’s, school bells, marching bands and perhaps even a parade! We are self-check in (no onsite office or staff), walk in and tent only. No cleaning, repairing or working on bicycles and/or motors on the picnic tables. No Motorcycles are allowed in the camp area for any reason. All motor vehicles and trailers must be in parking lot. No exceptions! Nature and The Environment: This is the desert! We have rocks, sand, dirt, sun, heat, cold, rain, wind, etc. Most campgrounds in the city area of Moab have the same desert aspects as we do; the difference is our close proximity to downtown. You are camping! Be prepared for bugs, insects, ants, spiders, Cottonwood beetles, caterpillars, lizards, deer, cotton from the trees, etc. Leaving food out or unsecured, attracts bugs and Ravens. Ravens are smart, they will wait until you leave and will get into everything except zippered tents, closed coolers, and locked cars, (at least thus far)! Plan accordingly. No dogs are allowed in the camp or parking lot. Before Booking Acknowledgement: Tent Only: No RVs, trailers, campers, or vehicles in camp. Park in the parking lot and use our handy carts to get your gear to your site. Sleeping in vehicles and in the parking lot is not allowed. Urban Campground: Our campground is right in the middle of beautiful downtown Moab. No Dogs: We love dogs, however, we don't allow them at our campground. 3 Years + We don't recommend our campground for kids under 3. No Camp Fires We do not allow campfires. Personal propane camp stoves are how most people prepare their meals. The campground has a few propane barbecue grills available for use.

We are locally owned by a family of 8 and love calling Moab our home. We understand the corporate overtaking that Moab has had in the last 5 years and plan to keep our campground affordably priced and locally owned. We have upgraded the old site plan from 7 RV sites to 55 Full Service RV sites this year. Most sites are pull through but we will have some back-ins. Our new bathhouse has a laundry, women's bathrooms and showers, men's bathrooms and showers, and an ADA compliant family style bathroom. In addition to the new bathhouse, we have a new office and retail store where we sell souvenirs, RV supplies, snacks, drinks, ice, firewood, and other necessities for guests. We do not currently have propane fill on site. We know that there are many options to choose from when it comes to staying in Moab. We urge people to support locally owned businesses that help Moab grow and solve problems that exist in our community. Moab is a recreation mecca with something for everyone and our little campground on the south end of the valley puts you within minutes of town, the mountains, and the red deserts around Moab.
