Located in a DARK SKY community, you’ll enjoy dazzling starlit nights with minimal light pollution — and even a telescope for stargazing. Deer and other wildlife visit daily, and the quiet dead-end road makes this a serene getaway far from city noise.
Inside, the luxury RV is fully equipped with a gas range, grill, outdoor dining area, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and two Smart TVs. Enjoy Wi-Fi, Roku, mood lighting, a retro game console with 3,000+ titles, board games, and a radio.
Sleep comfortably on a queen bed plus a fold-out full, accommodating up to four guests (best suited for two to three). The RV is pet-friendly, with food and water bowls provided — just keep pups off the bed, please.
Outside, relax by the fire pit, sway in the hammock under firefly lights, or take a stroll through the property. There’s also a fenced dog park and a shared community garden.
The property includes two other unique rentals — a Tiny Home (#2) and a Bungalow (#1) — each fenced and spaced for privacy.

Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the RV area, fenced dog park, and walking trails. Your driveway is the third entrance, closest to the RV fence. Park behind or to the left of the RV.
Tent or car camping is not permitted.
Other Things to Note
• Keep the AC on “Low” or at 71°F or higher to avoid freezing the unit.
• For stays of 3+ days, the grey water tank may need manual release (instructions provided).
• Maximum stay: 7 nights.
