I loved camping with my family and friends at Bosque River Camp. Beautiful property and Joe could not be any more accommodating or friendly. Thanks again Joe for letting us stay here. It was peaceful and relaxing. Awesome place to explore, so many things to see. The river is beautiful and the wildlife was plentiful. Got to see and hear some wild birds to include turkeys. I highly recommend camping here. Definitely would come back. Bathroom is clean, and it's nice to have the luxury of a flushing toilet. Bring water and enjoy.

We absolutely loved this place! Regena was extremely kind and accommodating. The place was very well kept and the entrance was easy to spot in the nighttime. If you don’t see it, you didn’t go far enough lol. Do expect some donkey noises from time to time but you are with nature!

Was an absolute joy. If you're not in an RV, I highly recommend staying here instead of Dinosaur Valley State Park. It's way more remote and the views are stunning. A beautiful property with so many trails to explore. It was so nice how quiet it was.

My Son and I enjoyed our camping trip to Joe's land. It was private, quiet and full of wildlife like gobbling turkey's, deer, and fish in the creek. Having a bathroom with running water was a bonus, as was the stockpile of wood for the bonfire. The creek was the highlight with crystal clear water and complete privacy. Grippy shoes are a must due to the slippery rocks.

Where do I start! The views of the stars at night are amazing the riverbed had lots of cool treasures to find an the water was ice cold! There were many fun things to do on the property a Joe was an amazingly kind and responsive host! Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome spot to get together with the family! The grills and picnic tables make it easy to have your meals and there’s plenty room for running around at each camp site. Down at the river is the clearest water with minnows, crawdads, and even some fossils in the rocks! This place is awesome and we’re definitely returning.

We camped here just one night as a test run for our youngest kiddo who had never been and it was perfect! We had a nice space with trees and loved that it was an easy walk to the fishing pond. Our whole family caught fish, even our 6 year old, so that was really great! Regena took him on a little scavenger hunt and he had so much fun doing that, plus it was a nice break for us adults while we finished setting up camp. I did think there was a main toilet area for all campers, but I was confused and instead we had toilet buckets at each campsite. Thankfully we had brought toilet paper and wipes…! So make sure you do that 😂 All in all, we really liked this space and loved that it was only a 40 min drive from where we live, which makes it a nice easy adventure!

We love this camping location because it's clear, open, and kids have the chance to run freely in a big open space. We can bring our dogs, play in the river, and use Joe's kayaks! Joe keeps the place manicured nicely, checks in on you just enough, and is a great host! There were no stickers so you can run around barefoot, and there's an easy track down to the river. Super spot for gathering small or large groups. We will definitely be back!

Regena is such a sweet and accommodating hostess. Checked in late for the blood moon after a long day of work, and she was readily available to escort me to my campsite. The area is well kept and communication is thorough. Reasonably close to the more touristy things that Waco has to offer in addition to being perfectly tucked away. I will definitely be giving Regena another visit for more exploration in the Waco area!

There are paths to walk, a stocked tank to fish in, (bass, catfish and blue gill), and oak and pecan trees to sit under and view the clouds as they drift overhead. The noises you hear will be cattle calling to their little ones, birds singing, and in the evenings, coyotes howling.

Designated smoking areas will be provided. Please do not smoke in non-smoking areas. 12. SWIMMING. The Will Property is in close proximity to two ponds that may be used to swim in. Swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Any child 12 years of age or under must wear a coast guard approved life vest when entering the water. NO EXCEPTIONS. Swim Hours from dawn to dusk. 13. ALCOHOL. On this facility, The E-Lawn and Amphitheatre, The Vault, The Will House, & The Luxury Lounge is a private club that serves alcoholic beverages. Handcrafted Alcoholic Beverages may be purchaed inside this area, however, no alcohol may be taken into or out of this area. You MAY bring your own alcoholic beverages into the RV or camp sites, but those must remain in your RV or campsite areas. 14. Help maintain clean and tidy grounds by not littering. Please dispose of trash in one of our conveniently located trash bins. Do not put food outside for insects. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times. 15. Additional Vehicles for Tent Camping Reservations: Your Tent Camping Reservation includes one space in the designated tent camping parking area. If you need to park an additional vehicle anytime during the dates of April 4, 2024, to April 9, 2024, you will need to purchase an additional parking space. The fee for an additional space is $25. The parking space will be in a designated overflow area inside The Will Properties grounds. This additional Parking Lot is within the grounds, but may be several hundred yards from your camp area, within walking distance. 16. Please respect guests’ privacy by not walking through occupied sites. Every space will be checked periodically by management, for compliance with these rules. 17. No person shall disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, engage in violent behavior, or display/discharge a firearm or other weapon. 18. Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys The WILL property or equipment will be held liable for the value to repair or replace. 19. The Will and its employees or officers assume no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet, or party arising due to use of park facilities or caused by others while on the premises. 20. Park rules and policies are subject to change at any time by management. 21. Any guest found in violation of the rules may be asked to vacate the park, without refund.
