This camp ground is beautiful and peaceful. An abundance of dogwoods, pine, and other trees. Catfish pond was the first thing we saw when we got up in the morning. So calming watching the water and listening to the morning birds singing while we sipped our coffee. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful and always available. My family and I will be adding this wonderful site to our favorite campgrounds.

2 nights at The PARK at Brushy Creek

We just took a camping trip at the Oak View tent at The Park, bushy creek during our daughters spring break. Unfortunately it was super windy the entire time we were there, but we still had a blast. The tent is super well kept, decore is great and air mattresses were great. The location is perfect in that it is far enough to get a good drive going from Dallas, but still within 10 minutes of a store. We definitely plan on going back in the future!

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! Jeff was a wonderful host!! He was so nice and helpful but not invasive at all!! He has thought of so many things big and small to help make your stay more enjoyable!! There is Heating/ AC, Wi-Fi, indoor sink to wash hands and brush teeth, outdoor shower, hammocks, a canoe and so much more..the grass is even green and beautiful all around the campsite. We are already telling all our friends about this place !!!!

Weekend Trip to Rockin Bar B Ranch

We had a blast at Bobbi's cabin - it was extremely peaceful & secluded with lots of land to explore. I did yoga on the deck, read a good book & hiked the acreage while my partner spent a full two days fishing the pond. Even our small dog had the time of his life living it up like a wild little animal. Looking forward to trying the goose egg we were giving. Thanks again for the hospitality & relaxing getaway!!

We had a fantastic experience!! Beautiful land, adorable animals and tent. We had a great time walking down to the creek, and feeding the pigs!! The goats were so fun to see. The tent was very clean and had all of the amenities pictured (even the S'mores bucket!!). I will absolutely be coming back here to stay. Thank you for everything!

Such a cozy place to stay, was on my first solo trip and I felt SO safe and the host were the sweetest. They also had a nice heated bathroom to get ready in and a good outdoor kitchen space, great if you van camp!

4 nights at A Little Piece of Paradise

This little slice of heaven was fantastic! The tub and the shower were an out-of-body experience. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked! We enjoyed daily walks around the acreage, including the pier over the pond with the glass bottom and the sweet ponies who loved pets. The floor in the cabin was astounding. Many various materials and colors are beautifully patchworked around the entire cabin. It does make it inaccessible for people with mobility issues (but there aren’t any accessible entrances to the cabin either). Gilberto responded quickly and worked hard to make the space very welcoming. We will definitely be back and have already suggested it to several friends.

Once again Jeff you did it again! Me and my girlfriend friend brought our dog to hang out at the camp grounds and we had a great time. We booked before in the past and we were pleasantly surprised to see not only the updates made to the accommodations but also the same 5 star guest experience that made us book last time. With our visit being in the 20 degrees weather, Jeff made sure the propane tanks were ready, the firewood was on stand by and we had enough blankets and heaters. And honestly me and my girlfriend at times we too hot, which is no complaints what so ever. Really enjoyed staying Jeff, and will definitely be visiting again...again!😁

First time glamping and we will be back for sure. The whole place is amazing. Everything is thoughtfully stocked and decorated. Saw and heard tons of wildlife, all while staying warm inside the huge tent at night. Jeff is a great host and the baby goats were the icing on the cake!

Perhaps it was because I was the only one adventurous (read as dumb) enough to go camping in winter, but I had this entire property to myself and it was nice! Took a stroll down the creek, fed some pigs and goats, listened to the coyotes at night (it’s the countryside.) Steffenie was nice, and had things available that I wasn’t expecting, like some fire pits and extra wood to burn, a nice loft couch to chill on, and even a port-a-potty, should emergency arise or one come unprepared (I was prepared, but nice to know about backups). The property was nice and clean, and nothing bothered me at all.

Omg we loved it so much, thank you Baba for being such an amazing hip camp host! The space was nice and big, the area was peaceful. We will definitely want to return next time we're in the area 😀

We're situated just outside Trenton on 55 acres of gently sloping terrain featuring a wide creek and expansive grounds beyond the Big Oak, perfect for exploration. Our property is evolving as we create manicured groves and open pastures for both our farm animals and guests. Our livestock rotate between our two properties, so they may not always be here at The PARK at Brushy Creek. If you don't see them here, you're welcome to visit our other property across the road with the big green gate. Currently, there is no electricity or Wi-Fi on the property. Lighting is provided by solar power or batteries. Tent sites have access to a water spigot, and there's a Port-o-let nearby. This is rural country living; our neighbors' livestock and dogs may make sounds like bleating, barking, oinking, mooing, neighing, squealing, whinnying, braying, or whining at any time of day or night. We are conveniently located one hour north of Dallas Fort Worth, just 30 minutes from McKinney, Sherman, or Greenville, and within 10 miles of Leonard, Whitewright, and Bonham. Trenton is only five miles away. Several lakes are nearby including Lake Bonham, Lake Texoma, and the new Bois' d Arc Lake. It is country living but still close to city action. The lower parts of the property require 4-wheel drive, but the top has water and electricity, so any car is fine. As this is an outdoor area, there are bugs and critters. This is a great property with a lot of potential for adventure. You can burn almost everything around responsibly. There is a lot of firewood. Right now there are no bathrooms or facilities of any kind except for a small goat shed. there is a ton of scrap metal and random random things in a pile great for digging and scrapping in all free. Finders keepers. There are some really old giant trees on the property. One is probably the largest tree I have ever seen in Collin County. There is a seasonal creek that runs through the back and sort of a swappy pond in the front. The Prairie in the front is some sort of different grass than usual. It might be native buffalo grass or something else weird like that. The property needs a lot of cleanup, so I would make a good to work campers or groups wanting a working party. The land could use some work, I could contribute a lot of free beer and food to people cleaning up the place before I build my house.

Other things to note The property is very hilly so bring comfy old tennis shoes/boots/rain boots. It's always a good idea to pack a sweatshirt and light jacket. Extra socks and clothes are always a good plan. Don't bother dressing fancy!
