To add to the privacy, there is ranch-style fence on all sides of the property. Enjoy boating, fishing, and swimming on Canyon Lake which is about a 30-minute drive from the property. Please note access to the house shown in the pictures is not allowed, though guests may use the front and back porches. Nobody will be occupying the house while guests are at the property. It is a covered RV site with full hookup’s. Also it is private and on my property. There is room for a boat also. The nearest boat ramp is about a mile away and it is free. Also the spot is about a quarter of a mile from Canyon Dam and North Park. It is very near “tube the loop” on the Guadalupe. Good trout fishing below the dam.

Bring your own tubes, kayaks and canoes, we are currently replenishing our inventory. Or perhaps you prefer to fish the shady tree-lined banks. Either way, you'll see a variety of birds while you relax on or beside the cool waters of the Colorado River. We're kid and dog friendly and we love musicians. Bring an instrument and join us for an impromptu jam session in our special events room or around the campfire. Cook dinner on our BBQ pit. Firewood is available onsite A few rules... 1. Check in is before sunset 2. No wondering by the upper level cabins (these are private property). Showers are behind these cabins. Please respect staff spaces. 3.
