Enjoy privacy with no neighbors in the back and an 8-foot tall side fence where your RV will be parked. While my own RV won't be onsite during your stay, parking towards the back allows for privacy and the extension of awnings. Backing in is recommended, and though my 33-foot long RV fits comfortably, larger rigs may find maneuvering a bit challenging due to the angle from the street through the front gate. There's plenty of room to tandem park a towed vehicle in front of your RV, and both 50amp and 30amp electric hookups are conveniently located on the back side of my house. Water is also accessible from the rear. While live sewer hookup isn't available, I offer convenient dumping options when the black tank is full. Nestled in a charming, gentrifying neighborhood, expect the pleasant hum of city sounds (not overly loud) and glimpses of starlit skies. During your stay, I'll be residing in the house with my sociable dog, Toby. We'll be respectful of your privacy but available for any assistance you may need. We could have gotten away with not bringing a thing. A quaint treehouse, overlooking a pond, nature all around, two more ponds a short stroll away. Our favorite part, the seclusion. An escape from the busyness and chaos of the world. Being able to cook dinner by the fire, hear the bullfrogs croaking and take a soak in the outdoor tub overlooking the evening.
