We have camping spots, (2) rv electric hook ups and a small cabin to sleep in. Our property is on 14 acres. We have open pastures and forested areas. We are located about 35 minutes from San Antonio, 25 minutes from Boerne and 15 minutes from the Cowboy Capital of the World, Bandera, TX! We do have a visible neighboring property. Weekend Trip to Twin Falls: Glamping Tents

Nice secluded place in the hills. However, keep in mind that there are two tents close to each other on one side and then another couple tents close to each other farther away. Great when you have a group using those tents together. Otherwise you’ll be pretty close to your neighbors. Keep that in mind. I like that there is a well-kept RV that was a communal space. Nice little amenities with places to sit and chill and have some food outside, games, etc. Grill in place was a nice feature. Unfortunately the propane buddy heater was out in our tent, but to be fair, we also did not ask for any additional propane :). Too bad for the burn ban. Would have been perfect for a nice fire in the cold night. The place was super nice and chill and places to explore. I like the nice little touch of adding the additional info on the property to explore and find out more about the area and critters in the area. Great touch! Had a great time. Thank you!

We had an awesome time at "The Bin"! The cabin is well laid out! The deck and Hot tub are very convenient and easy to access! The STARS are amazing! Host is Great!

Weekend Trip to Twin Falls: Glamping Tents

We had an absolutely wonderful time! We just came with our pups for one night for my sister’s birthday. We spent most of the night just laying on a blanket staring at the stars. The beds were comfy and the communal RV had everything we needed! One night was not enough. We live close and will be back for sure!
