Located about 25 minutes from Centerville, it makes for an easy weekend getaway from the Houston or Dallas areas. As you drive from interstate, to highway, to county road to dirt road and over a single lane wooden bridge, you feel yourself start to unwind and relax. This cabin is located on a private dirt road (too much rain can make things muddy). You'll be given gate access for entrance. As you drive down the dirt road, you'll find our light blue cabin on stilts. Because the cabin is raised, you have a great entertainment space sheltered from the weather. Learn more about this land: The Rock Pit is a 5 acre swimming hole located in Trinity County that has been there over 50 years. Long ago they had dug out an area on a hill for rock on the dirt roads, and hit and underground water table. There are no fish in the Rock Pit, as the pH is 4.5, so no fish will live in it. I recall swimming there as a small boy, and wanted to share my memories with others. Depth ranges all over, but the deep end is around 15 feet. I have 5 kayaks currently, but bring yours if you have them, along with your vests. There is fishing in Lake Livingston, my place is north of it. There is access to Lake Livingston via White Rock Creek. A public boat ramp in on Highway 94, just outside Trinity. Or you can go back towards Trinity, to highway 357 and go to a ramp closer to the big lake. Tall pine tress, a few Oaks, and maple trees surround the place. Bring your mosquito repellant, as you are in the country! The place is raw right now, but I am planning improvements such as a few A frame cabins, a showering area and so on. So many things to do! I had so much fun with my pup at the ranch! It was a wonderful experience and one I absolutely want to have again. My dog and I were able to explore the property and I love that he was able to be off leash. He is a very well behaved dog and it was lovely he got to be wild and free. Can’t wait to escape the city lights and enjoy nature again.

Weekend Trip to B2 Ranch Lake Cabin

This place is a great quite family get away with lots to do. Very beautiful land and scenery. The kids had a blast fishing out of all the ponds while the cows were hanging out all around us! Cabin is nice, clean, and peaceful. Will definitely be staying again and highly recommend visiting!

Absolutely loved Richard’s spot. The water is incredibly refreshing and he showed us the perfect spot to be in the shade which was much needed. By the water is a crazy echo which felt surreal.

It was hard to leave this place. They have a way of just making you feel at home. She gave us some jam she made and honey from her bees. Then a dozen eggs. Just the sweetest person. When we left she texted us places we should visit. But the truth is we just wanted to stay there lol the land is peaceful. Our kids 1&3 enjoyed trampoline and swimming! Did i mention she's thw sweetest person! Husband is super laid back! WE WILL BE BACK.

I had a great time camping at Briers ranch. It was so peaceful and quiet which was perfect for my solo camping overnight stay. My wife dropped my off at the gate and I backpacked in using Gary's directions and they were simple and easy to follow. Besides a few burn piles around I wouldnt be able to tell others have been out there. Everyone has left it clean and I didn't see a single piece of trash. I loved being able to find a spot anywhere and set up camp. I enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back.

I had the most wonderful experience camping at Beulah Ranch this past weekend. The campsite (The Sink) was so cozy, the swing was fun, and I loved how natural and private everything felt. It was very peaceful, with everything I needed provided—including even batteries for electricity. The property itself is amazing, and my dogs had the best time enjoying the freedom of the open space. Noah’s hard work and creativity really show throughout the ranch, and it’s clear how much work he and his dad have put into making it special. They are both incredibly friendly, genuine, and cultured hosts who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. This will definitely become a regular spot for me, and I can’t wait to see all of the exciting plans they have for the future come to life. If you’re looking for the perfect getaway with a big family, pets, or a group of friends—Beulah Ranch is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed! Oh, and you MUST try the pizza. It is so delicious and an experience I promise you have likely never had before.
