Greenbrier Tn. one of the first settlements here in the National park is only a scenic 30 minute scenic drive from the farm which will takes you through the arts and crafts community while avoiding the hectic hustle and bustle of town .
While visiting Greenbrier you can find a picnic area near the river and an outdoor pavilion with a large grill for your special events located there .
Several trail heads are located there in the Greenbrier community including Brushy Mountain trail Old settlers trail (several old settlements can easily be found here) Porters Gap trail.
There are too many local attractions to list within 15 to 25 minute drive , from horseback riding . tubing, rafting , smoky mountain gravity park to shopping outlet malls . READ !! My late husband and myself bought the property in 1983 and it was all just overgrown land!We worked, cleared, built horse shelters/barns, cabins, cut trails, built the outdoor chapel for our wedding and of course fenced it all in for the horses! Started sharing with guests in 1993, so we have met so many amazing folks from all over the world! Pass thru our gate into another world and leave all your worries and tensions behind. We are all about getting back to what is real -- nature, animals/horses and each other. Complete privacy!There are many mountain trails leaving right from our property! Lots to explore. You can even hike to the outdoor chapel with the pretty view of the Chilhowee Mountain range. It is a short hike to the barn area for those who want to spend time rubbing the pot belly pigs' tummy, walk the mini horses, groom the love bug~Junebug (donkey), pet horses, cuddle with bunnies and feed chickens! Every morning and night we set a time for all those who want to become involved with the care/feeding of petting animals and horses!

We are located in an RV park which offers 3 bath houses, laundry facility, 2 swimming pools, lakeside fishing, arcade, basketball/pickle ball court, playground, and mini golf.
Nearby you will find biking, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, snow sports, whitewater, and wildlife watching. We are also a short drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge’s most famous attractions.
This is an RV site only. You bring your own RV and set it up yourself on our site. Park does not allow tent camping. There is a paved parking pad with full hookups as well as a concrete patio with dining table and chairs. Our site offers potable water, picnic table, wifi, and a space for campfires (burn ban permitting). We are also pet friendly!

Spacious and clean RV site with full hookups (water, sewer, and 50/30/20amp power) located in the Outdoor Resorts at Gatlinburg. Visitors have access to 2 swimming pools (seasonally), 2 mountain streams, a lake, basketball courts, tennis, mini golf, horseshoe pits, shuffle board court, game room, and activities center. Bath house is close to the site, should you need to use the facilities. Coin-operated laundry facilities are also available at the campground.
The HOA does charge a one-time $10 pet fee upon check-in at the office, and is separate from anything I collect.

If you're okay with it being a little outside of town, this is a great place. Very quiet, clean and a very pretty open view. A gorgeous creek flowing and a very well built bridge to get into the campground.
Lots of deer.
All around we were impressed.
Would be nice to have wifi but it definitely wasn't a deal breaker for us.
Though trash needs to be picked up a little more often.
Would definitely recommend to others.

This place was great! Lots of little details that showed they put thought into what their guests would want. Plenty of hooks in the shower, and it was stocked with body wash and shampoo. Solar lights in the toilet and shower stall. A dishwashing station with soap provided.

This spot was exactly the breath of fresh air I needed. The sites were beautifully maintained, the views were stunning, and the hosts were wonderfully communicative. I ended up extending my stay—twice! I even caught the northern lights during the solar flares, which made the whole experience feel magical. Sitting beside the creek was the perfect way to slow down and enjoy the day—it added a gentle rhythm to the whole trip. The location is peaceful yet close enough to town to be convenient. Highly recommend.

It’s hard to get a simple spot to pitch a tent for less than $30 these days. Staying here was definitely worth a few more dollars! The beds were surprisingly comfortable and even though we had temperatures in the low 30s one night the provided space heater with our propane tank kept us more than warm.
