Low Meadow Farms (formerly Brown Bike Farms) is a serene four-acre meadow bordered by Burnett Creek. The campground is an easy distance to Downtown Knoxville and an even easier access to all that South Knox's Urban Wilderness has to offer. It uniquely offers a hint of backcountry camping without the 25-mile hike in. It is a great way to test the waters for primitive camping or an easy stop close to the city for a seasoned traveler. It is best suited for car camping, RVs, tent, and hammock camping.
There are fire pits and picnic tables at each site with enough room for tents and RVs. Most sites have trees suitable for hammock camping all along the creek.
There is potable water, firewood for sale, solar showers, and a bike wash stand all next to the covered communal area.
Each standard site can accommodate 2 people to keep space between groups and lessen the impact on the land. Sites 10 and 13 can each accommodate 6 guests. If you have more in your group, we recommend reserving an adjoining campsite.
Sites 1, 2 and 3 are off the main path to the left of the property, and still by the creek. Sites 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are all along the creek and gravel drive Site 10 is very private with creek access on three sides. Site 11 is private with creek access all along the front. Site 12 is up high on a hill, and Site 13 is open in the middle of the meadow.

Enjoy the quiet at our 35 acre cozy secluded hideaway with a pond. Surrounded by a mature wooded forrest and rolling hills with multiple locations at each sites to pitch a tent.. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions.
Note: Bear Cove is a premium secluded cove offering plentiful shade and quiet. Pappas Peak is a secluded hilltop and will not accommodate trailers due to the turning radius on the hilltop. Bear Lane offers easy access in what we call the canyon, most suited for cars.

The Heart Center, a retreat for the mind, body and spirit, sits on 30 acres of beautiful forest land and it is surrounded by the Nantahala National Forest.
The place is an old school site that was literally left to be buried by the forest, until I came along and decided to fix it up, and create a holistic sanctuary
for people wishing to get away from it all. It is now a historic site and a place where one can heal, contemplate, re-energize, and relax in a quiet and pristine environment.
Feel secluded enough to experience your own inner stillness; and, yet, connected enough to enjoy many beautiful area attractions that are just minutes away such as: Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest, Fontana Dam and the Appalachian Trail, 20 Mile Ranger Station, Cherohala Skyway, and Santeetlah Lake!

We offer holistic energy healings, using various modalities such as Reiki and Non-dual Kabbalistic Healing. We also offer Life Coaching, Infrared Sauna, foot detoxification, and yoga, including asana exercises and meditation. Also, checkout the original gymnasium where there are hot showers, clean bathrooms, basketball or pickleball and ping pong. We absolutely loved our camping trip. It was so nice to be within a five minute drive from a store but be completely removed. Campsite 12 was nice upon a hill. If you’re going to have sunny, hot weather note that campsite 12 is really hot and doesn’t have shade. you have to pass through other campsites in order to swim in the creek. Great reason to make friends. Kat was so nice and helpful. Overall, an incredible camping spot!

As a solo camper it was super important for me to find a campsite I felt safe and comfortable at and Kimber’s was just that! I felt totally safe the whole time and the campsite itself was well maintained and comfortable. The animals were a plus as well :) Kimber was an attentive host and gave great recommendations for hiking trails and cool places to check out. Would stay here again if I’m back in the area. 5 nights at GlampKnox Canvas Campground
We were pleasantly surprised with how wonderful our stay was at GlampKnox! We were expecting the basics of glamping i.e. Temperate Shower, the reinforced tent, and nice beds. However, GlampKnox takes it to the next step for their residents providing us with all the goodies we didn't think we would have: a power bank, fresh towels, a lantern, indoor trash can, and a HOT shower! On top of everything, throughout the extended stay the hosts did a wonderful job responding to and providing our needs whether firewood, water, or charging bank while promptly cleaning and resetting the other sites for the next guest.

Our second time at Low Meadows and surely not the last! Close to Downtown Knoxville but still feels remote enough. The stream and bird noises are so magical in the morning. The road isn’t terribly busy, and when the sun went down you’d think you were in the woods. Not crowded (weekday), and our site had people on either side, but still felt like we had privacy. Wood available is awesome. Great clean table and pit had kindling in it already! Bathroom was incredibly clean. We met a friendly ghost that plays guitar. Would definitely come back

really chill campground overall. lots of space to spread out and set up tents without feeling on top of each other.
the community fire pit is a vibe at night, just hanging out and relaxing.
host Kimber is the goat, super easygoing and welcoming.
also the horse and donkey are super friendly which is a nice bonus
would definitely come back

Patricia was a wonderful host. Her place was set up where the sites were far apart enough for privacy and it was all well maintained. We hammocked creekside, and it was perfect. Loved the horses' visits, and we felt like we were visiting a friend's for the weekend. Great vibes!!

Mark is a great host! Extremely friendly, helpful, and has a wonderful set-up. The lot was perfect for our camper and a two room tent! We had 3 dogs with us, which LOVED the hill and small creek. The hot tub was the best part! Can’t wait to visit again!
