Our extras include firewood at 10/bundle,as well as homemade cookies, breads, fresh eggs, muffins, and even cupcakes or cakes can be ordered if you are celebrating a special day. Quarter Spring Farm is located in Liberty, TN on the western edge of the Cumberland Plateau. It comprises 63 acres of wooded ridges and hollows with exceptional hiking and distinct landscape features. Smith Fork Creek, which feeds Center Hill Lake, is visible from the campsite. Quarter Spring Farm’s history is murky and still being discovered. The house is over 100 years old. There are stone property walls that may predate the civil war. We believe this site was a Mississippian period settlement because of the large amount of artifacts we have found.
Please note: there is no electricity at the dome. There will be a battery with a light and the option to charge your phone. There is no parking at the dome. The walk is uphill and takes about 5 minutes or so. This is still a tent, the dome is not insulated and is not 100% sealed. Bugs do get inside from time to time. I will also provide you with water for cleaning and at least a gallon to drink. Just let me know if you need more. If you can get here before it gets dark, that is the best. If you can’t, that’s ok, we’ll just be hiking in the dark. Luckily I know my way around pretty good.

Weekend Trip to Quarter Spring Farm
We cannot possibly recommend thunder dome any more enthusiastically! Our weekend was so relaxing. Heather greeted us upon arrival and helped us get everything to the dome. The dome itself is perfectly cozy and quaint. Wood stove was so nice and warm on a chilly spring night, and the bed was comfy. This is THE definition of glamping. And the property is gorgeous with several trails into the woods. Last but not least, their goats are absolutely adorable, and one even bonded with us and followed us back to the dome. Absolutely perfect place for a weekend getaway in nature!

The hideout was the perfect spot for my husband and I to celebrate his birthday and have a weekend of relaxation and meditation. Though the hike up was EXTREME in terms of steepness, it was well worth it. The hideout was cozy, comfortable and we loved seeing all the notes and things people have left over the years. Truly a wonderful experience.

If you love to fish or you love Rivers with the beachfront, privacy, good bathrooms, places to throw stuff away, awesome locations with them Sandy good prices, good people and strangers that will become friends easily, and last but not least the host or absolutely wonderful people and will go out of their way to make you comfortable but also respect your privacy to the fullest. 1 night at Beech Hollow Hideout
This place is exactly what I needed to recharge in nature. I stayed there to take a break from the high-stress period of life I am going through. It was the best decision I made. The land is so beautiful. Staying at and around the hut for 24 hours was like being hugged the whole time. There is a beautiful trail around the land that was stunning, the view of the hills was great, and seeing signs of spring was so joyful.
I had beautiful conversations with William. He showed me around his art gallery and all the beautiful pieces he has made. It was truly inspirational to see how living a simple life is so rewarding and motivated me to continue pursing living a simple life that’s in tune with nature.
No matter how much I will describe my stay, one needs to experience this land and camp for themselves to see the beauty, magic, and whimsy it has to offer.

This place was magical. You sleep in what was the original kitchen on the homestead, complete with a big rock fireplace, which you are welcome to use.
There is also a corn crib and a one room schoolhouse on the property along with the original log cabin.

I'm reluctant to add my review, but it's not fair to keep this place to myself... Faye's place was exactly what I had imagined when I started looking for a campsite: a shallow creek along a shaded campsite with some woods to explore and look at plants. We happened to be there for a super-bloom of trout lilies and Virginia bluebells, as well as other spring ephemerals. If you like geology, walking the creek gave me literal hours of entertainment looking for fossils and geodes. Awesome spot, keep it like a secret, thank you Faye xoxo

Had a great time tent camping! The land was gorgeous with bright green grass and clear skies. Much closer to Duck river than I thought! There was easy access to shower rooms and porta potty.
