Too Many Oaks is a perfect mix of nice and quiet but still close to town. Also just in Synchronous fireflies, which are fireflies that gather and flash their lights at the same time as part of a mating ritual, are expected to light up the Congaree National Park in May. Check with the park for details.

Rosewood Farm and Agripark is my home. I honestly had about the most amazing childhood one could have on this very land! We hunted, fished, made mud pies and played outside for hours, as long as we were in shouting distance for supper time! I am so fortunate to be the daughter of two amazing parents, who had a dream to build a working farm from nothing more than a logging trail in the woods. They built a 3 story, 10,000 square foot house by themselves- while raising a family! We have 200 acres of farmland that features rolling hills, multiple ponds, creeks, farm animals, show horses and countless wildlife viewing opportunities. Wild turkey and deer roam free all over the farm, coveys of dove fly out from the pastures and trails, and coyotes howl in the night. Take a nature hike through the trails that meander through the woods around the park. Our newest venture is to offer primitive camping and some cabin rentals around our 60 acre Agripark!
For those wanting to step it up a notch, we have erected a large concrete floor, covered event barn (for parties, family reunions, weddings, cowboy church, etc..,) and also a huge petting zoo barn with an area behind it for pony rides and 4-h/FFA functions. Also, a greenhouse is being erected next, that will teach people about aquaponics and hydroponics! Many things are on the immediate horizon for this special property. We are located on 11 acres. Wooded areas, hiking trails on-site. Perfect place to watch for deer and other animals including our 8 on-leash dogs! It is a train lover's dream because we are close to the tracks and enjoy watching the train come and go so much so that the conductor toots and waves to us!! The Santee State Park has many water activities, picnic areas, and hiking trails. There are several golf courses nearby, and a local restaurant/bar within walking distance which often offers trivia, karaoke, pool tables, and live music. Just be careful as you will be walking on the side of a main road as well as over train tracks.

The dock and very private lake were lovely. I swam several times. I enjoyed the shade of the trees near the lake and my hammock I put up. I also had a fantastic time using one of the kayaks and exploring the lake. I saw several Eagles and Osprey and Herons and plenty of fish jumping. I also thought it a nice touch to provide firewood, water, electric, and a bag of goodies.

We had a wonderful stay at Egles Landing. The campground was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. The relaxing atmosphere made it easy to disconnect and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
One of the highlights of our trip was kayaking. Being out on the water and surrounded by such beautiful scenery made for a memorable experience.
A special thank you to Kevin, our host, who was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality helped make our visit even more enjoyable.

We had such a wonderful stay at Eagles Landing while celebrating my Husband's birthday! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a special place.
The property is beautiful, peaceful, and private. Having the entire place to ourselves made it the perfect getaway. We spent our days relaxing by the water, fishing, cooking, and enjoying time together. Hubby even tried kayaking for the very first time! 🛶 We didn't catch any fish, but we made some wonderful memories.
Kevin was an absolutely fantastic host and truly went above and beyond. Before our arrival, he reached out with thoughtful questions about our preferences and how he could make our stay more enjoyable. It was clear he genuinely cared about his guests.
On our first evening, Kevin stopped by to check on us and brought us some refreshments. We had a wonderful visit! He also unlocked the shed so we could use the chairs and kayaks, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and talked with Big Daddy about fishing in the area.
We appreciated how welcoming and helpful Kevin was while still giving us all the privacy we wanted.
This was more than just a place to park our RV—it was a peaceful, relaxing birthday getaway that we'll remember for a long time. ❤️

We had the best experience here! The tent cabin was cozy and comfortable, while the space still provided a camping experience. Just the right amount of amenities and comforts while still being in nature. The kayak tour was a very easy, laid back self-guided tour where you go with the current and can take in the sites. A friendly cat buddied up to us on our stay too- added bonus. And the farm store has some very tasty honey. We definitely recommend this experience.

The site was lovely and so clean. We were practically the only ones there (hello camping in South Carolina in mid July 🥵), so the kids had the run of the place, and they loved the freshly painted playground and super clean and WARM pool. I DID see laundry there around site 5, unsure of that is available to everyone but that was a feature that is unlisted in the description. The kids asked if we would be back, and if I was ever in the area again, I totally would. So many amenities we couldn’t even use because we weren’t there long enough.
