I’ve started building a small cabin that’s unfinished hopefully completing in the coming years. Fishing pond and small seasonal creek flows after lots of rain. Excited to share it with others! Eden is a unique campground. We have two glamping campers (one sleeps 6) (one sleeps a couple and small child) both are fully stocked with EVERYTHING you will need for a relaxing time! For those who like to tent camp, we have a very large tree canopied site with an outhouse style restroom steps away from your site, or you can bring your own camper using a 30 amp hookup and water. Eden also has a 5 acre wooded nature trail with seating that deer like to frequent on the way to the creek. While your here we have fresh eggs, a large variety of produce avaliable seasonally, and an herb garden for the cooks in the group. Locally there are tons of farms, lakes, parks, amazing eateries. You can visit our facebook page and view our guidebook for lots of local suggestions. When it isn't freezing outside there are tons of amenities right here at the camper! We love camping here, so peaceful and quiet all the tree around us, feeling like camping in the forest! And Andrea she is amazing go ex miles to make sure we feel comfortable, she have a beautiful gardens, give us fruit and vegetables from her gardens, very good energy, very kinds and humble person, we are definitely coming back falls !!!

Weekend Trip to Private Oasis In The Forest

Really pretty and quiet! We had a really good time even though it was the hottest it’s been this year so far. It was over 90° the whole time we were there so it was HOT but we still had an awesome time! Definitely recommend having a thermacell and bug spray as you ARE in the woods. There were a ton of flies but having chargeable fans definitely helped deter them away from us! We cooked over the fires had tons of laughs and such an awesome time! The road in is bumpy but we didn’t have any trouble getting in or out! The ground is full of quartz which is so pretty to look at but if you’re sleeping on the ground I would recommend a thick sleeping pad or cots! We had cots so it didn’t bother us at all!

Pic on the right shows a 33ft pull type camper behind a crew-cab GMC with room to spare. I don't mind helping people back in. The slide outs were close to the tree and some rigs are better than others. Had a fifth wheel on this site. It was less than 40ft and didn't fit as well as a 30ft but still was room for the tow truck and a small car.

We camped for 10 nights. Very quiet other than the birds singing. We enjoyed visiting with our children and grandchildren who all live in the area. Our host, James, was very nice and accommodating. Our campsite was a mix of sun and shade. The kids had a great time kayaking and fishing in Big Creek which borders part of the property. It was like camping in the middle of the woods, but close to the little town of Saluda. Thank you James. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

James was very accommodating around my plans to arrive changing multiple times due to distance, crazy weather and other delays. The camp sites are very well kept up, very tidy. James delivered hardwood to my site while I was away and included some pine for starting the fire. I look forward to checking out Big Creek RV Park when I’m in the Greenville SC area again. 5 stars!

This spot totally blew us away. Seriously, the vibes were immaculate. And those fresh eggs? Don't even get me started. So good, like sunshine on a plate. We're already planning our next visit. This place is a hidden gem, for sure. Can't wait to go back and soak it all in again. It's the kind of place that just makes you happy.

I've been doing a lot of gravel riding on my bicycle, and this site is perfect for it. Big Creek RV is conveniently located right next to the roads I've been riding. I can't wait to take a kayak next time since it's situated right by the water.
