2 nights at Lakeshore Family Campground

Quiet, small compound for no more than 6 campers. You are on top of a hill from which you can glimpse the lake. Walk down the well maintained path and onto the dock and the view of the lake opens up. I enjoyed bird watching and star gazing while I was there. I plan to return.

Weekend Trip to Blythewood Acres

When I booked he said it is mainly full timers with a few single sites. Nice level sites down a long driveway back in the woods. Full hookup and was described as is. The full timers were nice folks. Lots of chickens and roosters to wake you in the morning. Not a place to come and stay for a week but great for overnight or if your there and are gone during the day like we were. Very responsive and nice host. We came to visit family and were gone all day and stayed here two nights. Will definitely stay when we come visit family again.

1 night at The Old Rooster Farm House

Was perfect for our overnight stay. Telly was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived. Great big sites with plenty space for our 33ft rig. He offered us water and firewood although we passed on both as we came prepared and it was so hot a fire sounded nicer in the colder months. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!
