We renovated it in 2022 and 2023, and turned it into a cozy, midcentury modern style Glamper. We tried to plan for every comfort you could want or need, from wifi and a smart TV, to a cute bathroom, Keurig and an Air Fryer. We hope you love it as much as we do. Please note, it is tight quarters, especially for more than two people and large framed people. For this reason, we only allow two guests. We live on a busy street, but the backyard is peaceful and serene. The airstream is parked next to our creek, where waterfowl abound. Only one vehicle allowed.

I absolutely had a wonderful time camping at Debra’s place. She was so kind and welcoming. You really don’t meet people that nice anymore. I am bikepacking the Palmetto Trail and her place was the perfect stop along my route. It’s also a short walk to a bar and grill, bonus! Would recommend to anyone looking to primitive camp. Very private too! She also runs a shuttle service for anyone interested!

Nice spot for a stop over! Secluded but close to the owners in case you need anything. Very quiet and peaceful. Would stop here again

I had such a great time camping here. We were welcomed by cows and donkeys and ducks as soon as we went through the gate! The campsites were beautiful and we found it easy to get in and out of our site. Such a refreshing getaway! Highly recommend. We will be back :)

What a gorgeous farm! The pigs and fowl were so sweet, and the nanny goat seemed to like us! Emily and I were so so happy and honored to find such a special place! We would love to come back again when we can spend more time and learn about the farm’s history and actually meet you all. Thank you for setting everything up. It was perfect.

We really enjoyed staying at Debra's. They let us put our tent up back in the thick stand of trees. It was nice and private and we even were able to park our RAV4 back there. They were super hospitable. We will definitely stay there again next time we go through!

We're Charleston locals and wanted to do something fun and spontaneous and be out in nature.
We took our SUV out there, spent the evening grilling steaks over the fire, enjoying the hot tub, and watched a movie in the gazebo before sleeping in the back of our SUV.
This place has everything:
- firewood on site to purchase
- water and electrical hook ups
- high speed internet
- Smart TV under a bug-screened gazebo, so you can eat and chill while watching a movie
- fully furnished bathroom with a washer/dryer if you need to run laundry or just dry off your towels after the hot tub
- outdoor shower with hot water
It was a really cool date night and gave us a chance to get away from work and the city for a quiet night by the fire

I've stayed here multiple times and each time has been a pleasure. Quiet, easy access, DONKEYS, cows! Last couple times we only saw the livestock from a distance, this time they came up and introduced themselves too us as they were checking on camp. What a pleasant experience to have morning coffee with a ?mini? Donkey. :)

The Sanctuary at Edisto river is amazing! I originally booked just a few days during Christmas, but I loved it so much that I extended my stay through New Years. Dustin was very welcoming and engaging, while also giving us space to enjoy the property.
My favorite parts were:
- The beautiful outdoor shower with a rain shower head.
- Access to FREE laundry in an inviting and well designed bath house.
- The Gazebo was fabulous! Loved relaxing on the sectional couch while watching TV and enjoying the beautiful view of the river and large patio.
I would 100% go back again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique glamping experience.

Lovely little campground with a nice walking trail, clean restrooms and laundry. We spent one day at Santee State Park and another at Congeree National Forest which were within 40 minutes. The animals are clean, well cared for and a delight to meet.
