We live at the end of a cul-de-sac in an old neighborhood west of the Ashley River in Charleston, South Carolina. Access to downtown Charleston is 20 minutes away and Folly beach is a 30 to 45 minute drive. We have full hook ups in our second driveway available for rent. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac and a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. We homeschool our three boys, but we will keep them quiet between 9 PM and 8 AM! There is not much room to have your awning extended. Also, make sure you have approx. 50 feet of water & sewer hose, as the electric and water are on one side, but the sewer service is in the other. Also, anything over 25' in length might be difficult to fit due to the incline of the driveway. The electrical hook-up is 50 amp, so if you are running 30 amp, you will need an adapter. Also, please use a traditional hose (vs. one of those expandable hoses), as the expandable hoses wreak havoc on the house's plumbing.Charleston South Carolina is a great travel destination with limited RV spots for rent. Come, enjoy the oceans, restaurants, history, downtown experience in the comfort of your rv. Our neighborhood is very close to stores, malls, creeks, churches…. Come enjoy our town with us and feel at home in our driveway.

Part of the drive is slanted and part is flat. We have a 26’ toy hauler we park on flat area. Limited turn around space in cul de sac, so let us know if you have questions about length accommodations. (Low airstreams w/o lifters/proper suspension will have a hard time backing in without running bumper into slant of drive.) Travel Trailers (pulled with long truck) longer than 30’ might have a difficult time maneuvering around in cul de sac.

Great Driveway Spot!

Simple but great driveway spot for short stop-overs! Water, power and sewer dump right at the spot. It is basically level - its so level that we didnt need to do anything, but if youre super, super picky, you will want to. The spot fit our class c and our truck. The host was super friendly and even helped is into our spot! Great value and close to everything we needed!

We loved our time at Caree’s home. Sweetest family. Spot has a covered area, picnic table, and is well lit. Great central charleston location.
