Calm and serene place with everything to make a camping stay easy and thoroughly enjoyable. A quick drive to the beach or Westerly to grab supplies. We relaxed, had a late eve fire in the firepit and cooked great meals on the grill.`It was our first HipCamp experience and it was perfect in our new mini camper. The birds singing in the morning throughout the woods.. priceless and soooooo much better than a phone alarm! THANK YOU!

We had a wonderful time at this private, peaceful campsite. The shady space and surrounding forest were perfect to feel away from it all. The outdoor shower and portapotty made our first time RV camping a breeze. We brought our dogs, and they loved chilling in the yard with us on the leads. KSJoy was super helpful and welcoming, and helped us get situated when we arrived. Would happily camp here again.

This was a return trip for us to ksjoy’s spot &it gets better every time.She is clearly a host that takes pride in what she does. From start to finish, she made sure we had everything we needed. She even has a stand for things one might need like propane tanks, firewood etc. Her location is fantastic too, its right off the highway and close to literally everything including grocery stores, the beaches, mystic seaport, newport and so much more. What really makes this spot so special is while being so close to all the things to do, it still has perfect seclusion, its like a oasis. Even being just off the rd, your far enough back that its nothing but silence back there. This spot is perfect for someone tent camping to one staying in a large rv such as us. She offers a grill for cooking or a outdoor shower for one’s that need it. We easily back our 36’ 5th wheel in and park it in a manner where its just us and the woods. The home up front is vacant and been so for some time so you get all the privacy one could ask for. We have a 1 year old who loves to move and the property is exactly what someone with kids would want.There is a big circle path we run laps chasing the dog with our son in his stroller. There is a 30amp electrical hookup along with good well water hook up too. My wife and I our hard to please when it comes to sites but this one is 1 of our top 5. In closing, ksjoy is a person that takes pride in her camp and has a special place that one would be lucky to stay at!

It was exactly what we needed. Our dogs are a little reactive and this was secluded enough that they were able to relax and have a good time. It's pretty close to the road, but the road wasn't busy. It was very nice to be able to chill by the fireplace with the dogs and just be. Highly recommend!!

We camped in our motorhome at KS Joy’s land for three nights. The yard is lovely. Surrounded by woods with singing birds and very private. The yard is very well maintained, and there is an outdoor shower and an outdoor privy. There’s 30 amp pole, which you may use and move about the yard at will. The location is extremely convenient to the Connecticut coast, including Mystic and the historic Seaport. The only possible negative is that the house is off a busy road, and there is some road noise. Overall, a wonderful place to stay..

Fantastic location. Chris and Tiffany were amazing hosts, with the campsite being perfect for our camper. Water and Electric hookups meant we didnt have to worry about anything, and Mystic had a lot to do in the two nights we were there. We have a 6 year old, and he loved staying next to the goats/sheep/chickens. We'll be visiting again soon, and looking to stay here again. A+

This was a very private site with water and electrical hookups - perfect for testing out our RV chops as first-timers! Our dog appreciated being off-leash as well, a luxury he’s not typically afforded.

We truly had a wonderful time, Rick was a great host, made sure we were doing ok which I appreciate. Site was great and easy to get too. I think I loved the firepit the most it was huge. Highly recommend bringing outdoor carpet as the site is gravel.

Quiet and peaceful spot. Nice level gravel site. I pulled in my 23’ trailer. Go to second entrance as it was easier. I would stay again. The town is wonderful.

Amazing spot. We brought three dogs and they had plenty of room. Fire pit was magical as well as outdoor shower! The shower was heaven! The site was completely set up for us when we got there and the owner thought of everything! We are grateful and would stay again for sure. It's kinda close to the road but traffic was barely there and it was close to all beaches and Foxwoods. I'd recommend it to anyone anytime.

Site 2 has electric and water hookup available and is crushed level stone approximately 100 x 100 feet for easy access off driveway. Fire pit and fire wood provided. Site 1 is not as private but can accommodate a large rig with portable fire pit and wood provided. 15 amp available for $10 more a night. Just added a third plus sights for the adventure types! You can drive a short trail with your off road rig or truck to a very private space in our woods. Or park on our large circle rock driveway .We could take your gear with our ATV and trailer to your pick of a site if tenting is preferred! We can accommodate as many tent sites as needed with a walk into our 15 acres and you pick your own sites. Very private !! All sites have a portable fire pit with a lid for safety! We are situated just 7 miles from Narragansett Bay and popular attractions like Battleship Cove, with beaches just a short drive away, you're perfectly positioned to explore the natural beauty of the area. Additionally, Cape Cod is within an hour's drive, while the historic charm of Bristol, RI, awaits just 30 minutes away.
