A fire pit area with benches and lots of level space to pitch tents. Our close to nature spot offers open level lawn, rolling forest and Sugar Creek passing through. Property is lined with Blue Bird houses along with an Owl House, Bat House and a Fox Den.(Not sure what's been occupied so far.) We are building a nature preserve with song birds singing, frogs crooking and deer passing though the area. The road features some beautiful homes and ask guests to show courtesy and to be a good neighbor. Please understand that our property is in the process of removing the dying Ash Trees (Emerald Ash Borer is a problem) and ask for campers to set up near open area/driveway and not the site in the middle of the woods. Great place! Really well-maintained and clean, it's clear that Alicia takes a lot of pride in this property. Very close to the road, but very little traffic so it feels private. As someone who exclusively boondocks, having the 30 amp service was a real luxury! No joke about the lack of Verizon service though - make sure you pay for the Wi-Fi box unless you have T-Mobile or AT&T. Looking forward to coming back.

Host wasn’t home, but left good instructions, and was good at responding to questions. I had no problem finding a level spot. Didn’t get a chance to see much due to the first good rain in weeks. Would go back, if for no other reason than to see the view from the tower.

We brought our motor home and the pad was perfectly sized for even a large trailer. It was quiet and tranquil. There were plenty of fish to catch in the lake and Alicia’s selection of boats will fit any experience level.

Lakeside Campground is quiet and friendly with all the amenities one needs: a store, firewood, and fish in the pond. The sites are clean and the clientele friendly. Believe the website about abounding Piper Hill Rd. Follow the signs!!!

Our group had a great time at Fairie Tale Farms - Moondance Retreat and would highly recommend! Susan was very welcoming, showing us to our campsite and checking on us during our stay. We enjoyed walking around the property checking out the lake and watching the horses. During our stay we did a casual hike at Ricketts Glen State park and checked out a community fair.

We really enjoyed the campsite. The campground staff were friendly and very helpful. It suddenly turned pretty cold during our stay and the campground staff were very helpful with freeze warning notifications. We’d love to return when it’s warmer out! Penny was very good with communication and I would recommend this site!

Beautiful land, close to a gorgeous state park with a ton of waterfalls! We were provided with a fire ring, chairs, and picnic table which was great. Brian was kind and a fast responder! Would definitely stay again in the future.

3 nights at Lake Front Campsite !!!

This single camp stands out from so many others. We are used to backpacking and now have a little camper that we wanted to spend some time in. We are not the RV parking lots kind of folks! We were looking for something more private and that had options for time together, and this was perfect. Not completely secluded but we had our space to be out and enjoy. We opted for the WiFi option since it’s currently a dead zone for Verizon. We enjoyed a trip out on the canoe and got to see the whole pond and surrounding area. We also saw a great blue heron and belted kingfisher several times. Truly a relaxing and beautiful spot ! We’ll definitely be back! This is a favorite for us. And just to note for those who want to camp with friends or family that aren’t so campy, the owner’s also have a gorgeous cabin across the road to rent. Terrific find!

Beautiful property with rolling hills and farmland to take in. Nice little campsite tucked away in the back and close to the restroom. Susan was flexible with our arrival time and very kind. We had everything we needed easy to access and taken care of, only thing we ran out of is time!! Book a long stay so you can enjoy it all! 15 mins from Ricketts Glen, but plenty to enjoy camping too!

Amazing campsite by a peaceful pond with beautiful view. The site was spotless and even had an electric outlet, which made running our portable fridge super convenient. It was quiet, relaxing, and we loved spotting the local wildlife. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene camping experience.

Weekend Trip to Firefly field

The site was good for its openness so that one had choices as to entry/exit along with orienting the trailer as you pleased. Interesting approach to the shore power, septic, and water hookups. Being in a concrete "box" in the ground added to the flexibility alluded to earlier. Scenery was good, ground was level, area VERY quiet. We look forward to returning!
