Please note: Self-contained campers only. Restroom access is not available after hours. No open flames or fires of any kind are permitted due to extreme fire risk in our area. Generators must be turned off by 10:00 PM to ensure a restful experience for all guests. Garbage: Please do not leave trash behind. We ask all guests to pack out what they pack in, as our bins cannot accommodate camper waste. Water; Waste: We are unable to provide water top-offs or waste dumping. These services are available nearby at Horsethief Lake. WiFi Access: Network – jacobwilliamswinery | Password – breadcheesewine 💨 Wind Advisory: Conditions can vary dramatically. During high wind events, you are welcome to move to our tasting room parking lot for a more sheltered stay. 🚆 Train Noise: A train runs below the bluff and may be active overnight. We provide earplugs in your welcome bag for light sleepers. 🅿️ Bluff Parking: Rigs and adjoining vehicles must be parked facing south, toward the river. Great little private spot! Stayed a couple of nights, had everything one would need. There is a composting toilet and portable water we didn’t use since we were in our RV. We were able to pick where we wanted to hike with lots of options out there.

Weekend Trip to Mt Hood Camp Spot

Burke and Shannon are fantastic and friendly hosts, who live in an absolutely stunning location. This area is amazing in its beauty and outdoor activities, and they know some good spots to check out (thanks for the Salmon River trail tip!!). The RV spot was easy to back into, spacious, and had water/power in a convenient location. I will definitely be checking in the future to see if they are available when I’m in the area twice each year!

The sites are all very unique. We loved out stay. Lots of salmon making a run up river right now. It was very cool to watch the salmon and also a big group of kayakers going by. Sites were clean. Wish we would have added the sauna add on. They looked really neat.

Weekend Trip to Timberlake Campground & RV Park

Great little campground for campers! We brought our travel trailer out for a weekend trip so we could be near Hood River And this campground was great for us. Nicely wooded, small little spots that fit our camper and had space for a table and fire ring. There was a playground near the office that my 3yo enjoyed. Plus the beautiful drive to get there along the gorge. Definitely recommended!

Weekend Trip to Hoodland Basecamp at Scrumpy Farest

We tent camped on one of the RV sites (Potbelly 2) so we could drive up, and we had a fantastic time. Our 3-yr old twins LOVED getting to meet and feed the farm animals, and the people who live on site were very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor bathroom was the cleanest I’ve ever experienced and only a few minutes walk from our site. The showers were a nice feature as well!

Weekend Trip to Camp Cedar Creek ⛺️🌲🚐

It was our second visit to lions Mane camp site and we just had a blast! If you live in Portland it is so fast to get to but you truly feel as though you are immersed in wilderness. We relaxed around the fire pit, made smores and explored the hiking trails. We even checked out some other sites which we plan to book soon. Good location. Loved the covered seating area, clean bathrooms and the fridge stocked with snacks available with a donation. We appreciated Brandie and Larry's efforts to improve the dark sky atmosphere.
