This is just the perfect secluded landing pad in some quiet, beautiful countryside. It's close enough to Portland to make it a short drive for a fraction of the price you'd pay for a place to stay in the city. It's a gorgeous spot that's perfectly secure to leave a campsite set up while you're gone and not have to worry. I've stayed twice and will probably return again.

Carly’s property and yurt made for a perfect weekend getaway! Though just minutes from downtown, it was quiet, private, peaceful, and secluded. The space had everything we needed, including a functional toilet and shower. Along with the cozy vibe of the yurt, there were plenty of options for hiking trails and close to a vineyard for wine tasting. I highly recommend this property for a nice, cozy getaway.

We tent camped on one of the RV sites (Potbelly 2) so we could drive up, and we had a fantastic time. Our 3-yr old twins LOVED getting to meet and feed the farm animals, and the people who live on site were very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor bathroom was the cleanest I’ve ever experienced and only a few minutes walk from our site. The showers were a nice feature as well!

Great spot by the river! Be prepared to trek down a hill with your stuff and then get to relax next to the sound of the bubbling Sandy River. Glad they had carts but definitely not the spot for anyone with bad knees or unable to wrangle a cart down a decent slope. The sites are clean and spacious with wonderful tent spots. I recommend renting the propane fire pit, propane stove, and kitchen bin to enjoy warmth and cooking with ease. The sounds of the river blend with the traffic so that you feel you’ve escaped but know you’re not too far from civilization. Great hiking nearby as well as the quaint city of Sandy which is filled with cute shops and delicious sounding restaurants.
