Our hobby farm located in Stoutsville, Ohio is conveniently located just 30 minutes South of Columbus, Ohio. Just 30 minutes North of the Hocking Hills Region and its many attractions. We are within minutes drive from many hiking trails, Kayaking, Canoeing, breweries, wineries, restaurants and more. The surrounding small towns of Circleville, Canal Winchester and Lancaster serve up quaint shops and local color. Plan your stay to coincide with some local events like the Lancaster festival or the World Famous Circleville pumpkin show!
Our farm boasts three stocked ponds, walking paths and trails as well as cattle, goats, horses and other hobby farm animals. Bring your own kayaks or canoes and check out the ponds yourself. Or throw in a line and see what the catch of the day is! Enjoy unobstructed views of our beautiful midwestern sunrise and sunsets.
Prior to our family purchasing the property back in 2007, the farm served as a third generation apple orchard. Many of those trees are still around in our three orchards, plus some new additions over the past few years.
Not only do my husband and I call the farm home, my parents and sister do as well. We would be happy to host you here on our 130 acres of rolling hills and hay fields.

Little Riverbend farm was established in 1996 by Dave and Traci Bitler. The original property was settled sometime in the mid 1800s with the main house built sometime between 1872-1875. Through several generations the property was passed between the original owners family members, then split up and sold into lots. When the Bitlers purchased the property in 1996, the main house was sold with 3 acres and the 2 stall barn. Breanne was quick to respond and very helpful when I asked a question. If my travels bring me back through the area, this will be my go-to place!

My family had a great time camper camping at Fancy Farm Wife Mercantile. We loved the goats that came out to say hello in the evenings while we enjoyed the campfire. We were able to say hi to some beautiful cows as well! Plus the chickens just pecking around being funny. We took some walks and bike rides down the pretty country road. The hosts were helpful and friendly.

Quite peaceful location! Pretty easy to get to, just a titch off the highway. The turn around spot they put in is gratefully appreciated for larger rigs so didn’t have to worry about backing in off a road front! The host & hostess could not have been nicer and were so welcoming! Wish I’d have had time to chat with them more.

We loved camper site with electric hookup and well water. VERY enjoyable site. Breanne was very responsive. We definitely plan to return later in the summer with the grandkids. Fishing at the ponds was a highlight for us. The ‘free range goats’ were fun to watch. The family obviously takes great care with land and animals!
