BEST KEPT SECRET: We are nestled on 1 acre right up next to Knox Lake's forest. Come and open all your senses to creation. For Advanced hikers the lake is a short walk to the bottom of the hill. If the kayaks are hanging up; take them out and explore the lake and all its beauty. The Knox Lake Dam can be reached a short distance down the road. The boat dock is just a few minutes from the cabin. Fredericktown and its quaint little shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away too. We are 16 mi. from Snow trails Ski Resort, 1 hour from John Glen airport, 10 mi from Kenyon college, 11 mi. from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, 16 mi. from Malabar Farm and 15 mi. from Mohican.

In other words, stay aware of your surroundings. • Stroll among the flowers, fresh air, and sounds of nature. • Enjoy homemade breakfast noms in the sunroom. • Check out a book from the home library. • Get the band back together in the music lounge. • Dip into the art supplies if inspiration strikes. • Close the curtains and nap anytime in your own private bedroom made for a goddess. • Gather your friends, book all three of the rooms, and reconnect for a weekend. • Meet new friends by mingling with fellow guests in the safe, inclusive shared spaces. • It’s only five miles back to the BnB if you’re going to a show at Rose Music Center. • Take a five minute drive to see Charleston Falls and hike. • Need a picnic packed or candlelight dessert setup?
