The modern, yet cozy, Carpenter's Cabin has a small footprint of 934sf but explodes with over 1700sf of interior living space over four floors and another 600sf is available on the three decks. The cabin boasts two owner's bedrooms, two bunk rooms, and one alcove bed in the library to sleep up to eight adults and twelve total guests. Three full baths round out the private spaces. There are two media rooms - The Conversation Pit on the main floor and in the lower level walkout.
The cabin was built as the first eco-luxe cabin in the Hocking Hills and includes luxury amenities such as organic bamboo sheets, Turkish cotton /eucalyptus bath towels, and natural body products to name just a few.
Explore our 32 acre pine forest in the Appalachian foothills, enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and our three covered decks (including a third story screened deck off one of the two master suites). Elaina's property is gorgeous. My stay there was just what I needed. I had chosen the site that was a short drive past the pond and through the woods. The meadow, stream and wooded area provided just the kind of peace and quiet I was looking for.
There is a fire ring and a table at the site and plenty of level options for renting or carcamping. Deer and turkeys were nearby keeping me company.
I would absolutely go back to this spot. Elaina and her family have a hidden gem here. Two thumbs up!

I loved the tent camping on Elaina's land. Elaina and her mother are very nice and friendly people. The camping site is a quiet and pleasant spot. We asked for grilling setup and they provided one for us. Their place is highly recommended and I will definitely go there again.

Elaina's property was beautiful. We tent camped at site 4. Privacy was great and the loudest sounds were the crickets. There were other campers one of the two nights we stayed. We could hear them off in the distance, but couldn't see where they were. We were visiting to mtn bike at Mohican and this spot was perfect.

I wrote a review for this site for my 1st night. Hipcamp app wouldn’t let me book two nights ina row so I had to do 2 separate bookings. Resulted in 2 booking fees too. So- Hipcamp, take this as notice of a glitch?

Really nice campgrounds. Tent sites are in forested area- we could just barely see our neighbors in the next site. Very quiet- no background traffic. There are a lot of activity ‘zones’, I imagine that it would get busy. There are restrooms at the pool- heavily used and maybe not appealing but they are not dirty nor are they secure. But there is a real nice, finished full bath that locks on the back side of the welcome center. I would stay here again. Note: if you are in a regular car- as opposed to a truck- avoid Blue Gill site, you have to come in/out at an extreme angle to about bottoming out!

The price was right. Was nice having shower and restroom. Decent gap between you and neighbors. Perch site has a decent slope to it. The others seemed to have more flat space. Getting to the water from the camp site itself is possible but again decent slope there.
All in all was a good time and would recommend.

Me and my girls took a three day weekend to Hocking Hills. Geneva was a great place to camp. We felt safe tucked into the forest. The pool was awesome. It was nice to have that little treasure close by. The lake was a little smaller than expected and the fish in it, a little small. But it was still beautiful. And the price is just right.
There was nobody in the welcome center this weekend, but we could call the number if we needed anything and I only needed to do that once and the person who answered was very helpful.
I will definitely go again!

I loved camping on Elaina land. She was very nice and friendly up on arrival. We were there for Ink. Myself and my boys were crackling jokes like it felt like a horror movie 😂😂. I love the campsite. It was beautiful and amazing. We had Catfish and it was a peer of the lake. They responded to all questions I had pretty quickly. Especially for a weekend. The pool looks well maintained. Overall a wonderful experience.
