Weekend Trip to Ocean View Micro Farm

Jane is so sweet and accommodating! Her property is gorgeous with beautiful views, plants, and a restaurant next door! We pitched our tents down by the water and could see the stars, hear the lapping, and watch the boats come and go. Will definitely go visit again :)

Location of the camp site was amazing. Right by a corner for easy parking. Also, right by the bath house. Campsite was level. The staff and the resort are very friendly. The best family vacation I have ever had with my family.

I absolutely can’t give enough praise for Jane’s hospitality and for the space itself. This is a kayaker’s dream spot for accessing inner waterways & secluded beaches. Plus you’re 10 minutes’ drive from shops and a 5 minute walk from a delicious restaurant. It’s such a peaceful haven — I spent a lotta time in the hammock watching birds and reading.

Jane was the warmest kindest host. The site was great and we enjoyed our time down by the water under the stars. Can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at Scott's campsite. It was exactly what we needed. Scott was very respectful and helpful. I would camp here again!

Awesome place to stay. I stayed 3 days and it was amazing. Only me and nature!! I am definitely staying again when I get back that ways. Danny is a great guy and fellow Marine. He will work with you and is always willing to go above and beyond to help 10 out of 10

1 night at Isla Mas Afuera

We loved tent camping on Scott's property! The area was very private and included a private campfire ring, bbq, compost toilet, and picnic table—and a shared space including an outdoor shower. Scott was SO helpful and kind! He brought us tiki torches to put up near our tent and even flowers since we were celebrating a birthday. Extra fun perks were the chickens and cat running around on occasion! (don't forget your bug-spray!!)

3 nights at Untouched at Livingston Creek

We loved tent camping on this farm, plenty of spacious beautiful land, appreciated the outlets, shower house, and fresh vegetable and seafood market. Gorgeous wooded trails nice for roughing it. Pavilion was much appreciated during stormy nights. Cool animals, nice to wake up with the chickens. Very friendly people, welcoming.

Nice little site, close to some cool spots. Scott is super chill and went above and beyond, bringing us grilled veggies, making sure we had all we needed and even drying our blankets for us when the storm soaked our stuff.

We loved camping at Timothy’s place. We were in town for the weekend and a concert, and it was perfect for what we needed. Great location, close to everything! Plenty of room for our camper and a tent.

Eat fresh, local meats, eggs, seafood and vegetables while you're here, all easily accessible at nearby farms, markets and eateries. Camp on the Intracoastal Waterway overlooking pristine marshlands and wild barrier islands on the Atlantic Ocean. We offer two spacious campsites. Enjoy fishing, exploring by kayak, SUP or canoe from our launch over to sandy white beaches of Lea and Hutaff Islands. Boat rental companies will come pick you up for a tour, or a daily rental. We grow microgreens, herbs, flowers, blueberries, grapes, pecans and seasonal vegetables here. Our land is a haven for birds and pollinators with the many trees and shrubs that bloom and fruit though out the year. Grocery store, pharmacies, restaurants and an emergency hospital are within 7 miles. Sailfish Restaurant is a short walk away if you'd like to dine out but not drive. 3.5 acre property, last remaining part of old inlet horse farm, with plenty of natural buffers from the few neighbors in our vicinity and between our camp sites, as well as the road. So close to everything the inlet area has to offer. Beaches, tidal inlet with boat ramps, Waccamaw River with boat ramps, restaurants, shops, bars, State Parks, nature preserves, fun attractions and much, much more, all just moments away. We are set up as a “primitive” camping experience, the property is kept very natural, unmanicured for the most part, little to no herbicides or insecticides used here. It’s a work in progress, is difficult for me to tackle chores due to physical disabilities, so some private areas are disorganized at this time. I live here full time, with two cats & 5 chickens whom are all free range. I live here in a double wide by myself, two outdoor cats. Deer, fox, rabbits, hawks and the like are common visitors. This is brand new to me, lots of improvements to be made in the future to make a guests stay even better, so for right now it’s bare bones. Can accommodate tents or certain campers. No pump out, no electricity or running water for “sites” yet, if ever, but running water is here and available for free. Additions to come soon: outdoor shower, available compost toilet available for rent while here, fresh herbs, vegetables, fresh local eggs, firewood, and covered gathering/ cooking area (not built yet) and much more, I’m really excited. Open to idea’s and options. No fireworks/ gunfire allowed at anytime, no “parties”, but gatherings, campfires, games and fun always welcome. I prefer meeting guests apon arrival to answer any questions and help all feel comfortable. I do have medical conditions that may prohibit it at times though.
