Just a short walk from the porch, you’ll find a fire pit area with safety precautions for dry seasons and cafe lights to create a smoke-free ambiance. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a full-sized fridge. For added convenience, there's a European-style washer/dryer combo. Nightly rates vary based on specific dates. Weekends are priced higher. Discounts are automatically available closer to the arrival date. Single-night stays are automatically made available when those are the only remaining nights. Otherwise, a two-night minimum is required.

Our luxury RV is your escape from the daily hustle/bustle and lets you get back to nature. You'll have a true camping experience, but with the comforts of home. It's the perfect place to retreat to after a day of hunting, pottery shopping, exploring the Uwharrie National Forest or going wild at the NC Zoo. The RV is a 38 ft Jayco Designer series luxury fifth-wheel. There is plenty of room to park as you reach the end of the graveled drive where you will find the RV parked on private, family land with electric and water provided. It is in a cleared, but secluded spot surrounded by forest and farms. The unit is fully air conditioned for those hot summer days and heated for those chilly fall / cold winter nights. It has privacy, room darkening fabric shades on the windows. Basic toiletries (individual size soap, shampoo, body lotion), all bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets and comforter/quilt) and coffee and condiments are provided. There is a landline phone with free calling (because the cell service is limited) and superfast wi-fi for internet As you go through the door, you enter into the main living area with two super comfy leather recliners, a 42" Roku TV, ceiling fan, electric fireplace and a sofa . The kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, gas 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. All the dishes, utensils, glassware and cookware are included. Weekend Trip to Mystic Meadow Farm Glamping.
My dog and I had the absolute best weekend at the “Love Shack” in Mystic Meadow. Wendy has created a woodland oasis with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is easy to find, but feels a thousand miles away from the daily grind. The cabin is perfect, thedeck was outfitted with chairs for relaxing, a swing near the creek, and the woody trails were full of fun treasures. And did I mention the fire pit? We enjoyed visiting the fluffy butts and the goats along the trail, listening to the creek as it bubbled along and watching fireflies from the deck and morning visits with deer. Wendy suggested a couple of places to visit locally, which had great trails and shopping options. We even visited a local drive in on Saturday night. There are lots of options near by for all kinds of entertainment. In fact I’m checking my calendar for another trip in the fall. I highly recommend booking a trip to mystic Meadows, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Wendy for a great weekend and being a terrific host. We really didn’t want to leave! .

Wendy was a great host! Every little detail added up to a wonderful stay! Cute, comfortable, and dry (it rained a couple of evenings during our stay) A-frame provided privacy. The shower house was awesome and she even has walking trails! Come to the Mystic Meadow Love Shack, sit in the rocking chairs, and listen to the riffle of the minnow-filled brook and RELAX!

The Saxapahaw Country Club is a beautiful 31-acre working farm and event space. Located just a few minutes from Saxapahaw Village, it's a convenient and gorgeous place to stay. While we are happy to be a late-night crash spot for after shows at the Haw River Ballroom, we hope you stay a minute to walk the fields, hang in the hammocks, sit by the pond, or take a swing from the branches of our 200 year old White Oak tree. You'll come down our curvy driveway through the trees, and see our event barn on the left. In front of the barn is a communal space for campers to enjoy with a great view. This area has a fire pit, chairs, wood-fired grill, handwashing station, and farm table. The shared outhouse/composting toilet is next to the pine stand with a white roof. Please note, this farm stay is an agritourism activity subject to the limit of liabilities as described in N.C.G.S § 99E‑32(b). We have sheep and pigs and a donkey rotating through pastures behind electric fencing. You are welcome to look but don't touch the fence! We also have 3 very friendly farm cats. My farm had been untouched for years and only used as hay farming. It is rolling hills known by the locals as "Butterfly Hill" Which the farm is home to many species of butterflies in the summer. I know the area was inhabited by native Americans many decades ago. I have found a few broken arrow heads over the years. The farm is beautiful and quiet. I have a beautiful hiking trail around the property for you to take your fur babies on. The cabin is right on a beautiful stream too. There are several state parks nearby and river tubing within 10 -30 minutes. Hot showers and potable water just a few feet away.
