Escape from the City and indulge in the farm life and stay in the Barn Loft Surrounded by all of the animals! Enjoy the outdoor Shower after playing in the creek. Wake up to views of the pasture of rescue horses. In the loft we have provided all of the must haves to make your evening as comfortable as possible, WiFi, TV, comfy bed, couch and table. Visit the coffee Bar and enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the balcony, while watching the farm life at its best. Bring your horses and trail ride on the 55 acres or ask about a guided tour horseback or on the side by side.Escape the city fuss, and take in the Farm life serenity. The barn loft is closed in with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV, and surrounded by all the wonderful Animals of the 55 acre working farm. The bathroom is located outside beside the outdoor shower. Coffee bar is provided for you to enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the rescue horse pasture. If available farm tours can also be provided on horse back or on the side by side for additional fee. There’s a nice creek to cool off in during your stay, there’s a burn barrel and grill also available for cooking or roasting marshmallows! This is a True Working farm and all that it entails !

Glamping wit the animals on this wo

The Barn Loft

We loved this farm! The rolling pastures are beautiful, it was a delight to see and talk to all of the animals. Brittany was very accommodating, providing us with some wood for the burn barrel. This is not meant to be a negative comment, buy if you stay during cold snaps, I highly suggest you layer up. As cozy, clean, and cute as the loft is, it does not get warm in the least when it's in the 20s. We layered up, brought extra sleeping bags so we were fine. The animals in the barn below have their idea of noise level. Ha! We appreciate farm life, so none of the various noises bothered us. It was quite amusing. The bathroom downstairs is very rustic, but clean. We didn't have the opportunity to check out the outdoor shower. We will definitely return!

The Barn Loft

(Get)Away in a manger! Super cool, rustic farm experience. Spacious area with a cozy bed and a couch long enough for a second person. My buddy and I came into town for some disc golf and this place was five minutes from Oakboro Park! We grabbed dinner at Penny’s then went back to the camp to hang with our animal friends. Below the loft you’ll find chickens, rabbits, pigs, cows, bulls, goats, cats, dogs, and horses! I wish I lived closer. I’d love to bring my girls here!
