Weekend Trip to Private Catskill Glamping Retreat

Elon's place is a great glamping location! We loved it from the minute we got there. Elon and Stefan were great hosts, very responsive and solved any requests right away. Even though the site is located in the same property as the host's house, the location of the site is very very far away from the house, tucked away inside the valley and forest, to the point you won't even notice. The site it's outstanding and very romantic for sure! The hot water tank was a plus! We had no issues or complains, and will definitely be returning again.

2 nights at Coyote Hollow Park

We had a delightful stay at campsite number two. While originally booked in campsite number one, Christine and her husband asked us if we would be interested in moving to site 2 and we are glad we did. It was a 24 square foot tent with a couch, all kitchen essentials, a fridge, lots of bedding, a trashcan, flashlights and a heater. Only thing that we were required to bring with the clothes and shoes. Everything else was either present or available to buy from the camp store. The store was filled with food items, ice creams, drinks bathrobe, spa packets, basically everything you would need on this getaway. Plus, they provide breakfast in the morning on the days of your stay, which is very filling and elaborate. In fact it was one of the highlights of our day to be having breakfast amidst such nice lush views. The stay also comes with a complementary night of using hot bathtubs, which is just a few steps away from the camp and is highly recommended. The walk behind the campsite into the forest is beautiful especially this time of the year as we could spot a lot of fall colors and leaves. In the morning, the camp is filled with chirps of the birds. The only hiccup during our stay was the incessant rain during night time and then some until the next afternoon. So next time we would take the rain insurance, but host fixed us with heater fuel amidst the heavy rain. It was really helpful. We enjoyed dinner just 20 min drive away in the town of town named Cooperstown.

Chantel and Jessie made our camping trip a rich cultural experience. Our young daughters were fascinated by their indigenous music and spirituality and they learned to respect and admire nature. The campsite and large tent were ideal for a small group camping experience. Even though we had some light rain for most of our stay, our girls are already asking when we will return.

Weekend Trip to TainoWoods Fairy Magical Sweet Land

I went Moto camping at Taíno Woods with a good friend and it was such a memorable experience. The land is beautiful and truly feels like a sanctuary — peaceful, grounding, and alive with the sounds of nature. We set up camp, made a fire, and spent the night under the stars. What made it extra special were the songs sung by the hosts in the mornings and evenings — soulful, heartfelt, and unlike anything I’ve experienced at another campsite. It felt both grounding and uplifting, a reminder of the deep connection this place has to spirit and community. The campsites are well cared for and offer plenty of privacy, while still being close enough to enjoy the warmth and wisdom of the hosts. Whether you’re looking for quiet time in nature, a place to recharge, or a more spiritual and cultural experience, Taíno Woods offers it all. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back again!

Weekend Trip to Coyote Hollow Park

Exactly as advertised! Christine and her husband have put their all into this campsite and you can tell! There were many thoughtful, small things that made life easier- cooking equipment, seasonings, shower body washes, shower caddy, warm blankets, flashlights, a fan, mini fridge, etc. You quite literally have everything you need! And the camp store was a beautiful addition to our store and gave you that nostalgic feeling of being a kid at camp. The camp store had everything we needed and more, we especially appreciated the energy drinks lol. The shower and bathroom were kept meticulously clean. The stars were beautiful at night and the solar lighting everywhere was helpful and awesome. The perfect place to unplug while not having to do too much work. Thank you so much!

Weekend Trip to Coyote Hollow Park

We spent Labor Day weekend at Coyote Hollow Park (Site 2) and I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how perfect it was. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a peaceful little world where every detail had been thoughtfully taken care of. First of all...the star gazing was unreal. No light pollution, just a sky full of stars that felt like it went on forever. We cooked our own meals under the open sky, enjoyed the fresh air, and completely unplugged. It was exactly what we needed. The soaking tubs were next-level relaxing....soaking under the stars with nothing but nature around you? Yes please. And then there are the owners… they are truly some of the sweetest, kindest people you will ever meet. You can tell how much love they’ve poured into this place. They made us feel so welcome and completely taken care of from start to finish. Important tip: You do not need to bring a thing. Seriously. They’ve thought of everything—towels, food, supplies—you name it. Just show up ready to relax and enjoy, and they handle the rest. Coyote Hollow is a hidden gem and Site 2 was everything we hoped for and more. We’re already dreaming about our next visit. Don’t hesitate book it! You’ll never want to leave.

Weekend Trip to Back o' the Woods

We were the first guests to stay in this wonderful place! It was very special: welcoming, clean and cozy. The bed is incredibly comfortable, there is a fully stocked kitchen, grill, place to make a fire and firewood, and compost bathroom. The sunset and sunrise were beautiful. The stars amazing. The hosts are a cute welcoming couple with the cutest puppy. Definitely recommend!!!! 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

My family and I had the best time camping at Hengarth! My son and daughter loved the sheep and llama, and we had a lovely time sitting around the campfire. This really felt luxurious after many years of camping, with a toilet, shower and bed with linens! Jennifer and her family were so welcoming and thoughtful. We are a family of 4 and had an amazing time! The view from the tent is stunning! We grilled food in the evening and had a fire going to stay warm. Great for star gazing. We visited the Catskill Park- Sunset and Artist Rock which have beautiful views from the top of the mountain. Highly recommend this host.

We go glamping every year and this was one of our favorites! This space is completely private. Everything was provided for you and we enjoyed going down to the creek! We had our pup and visited Arrowhead Brewery (dogs allowed inside and they gave him treats) Ollie’s Pizza, and also Inness for dinner and he was loved there as well on the outside deck that had an amazing view! Communication with hosts was great as well. Couldn’t recommend a better spot! Went to Minnewaska State Park and also Vernooy Kill Falls to hike, the waterfalls at Vernooy are definitely a must to take a swim in!

Absolutely perfect! 100% recommend. So thoughtfully laid out. The string lights were so helpful at night and the solo stove made it very easy to cook. Very comfy bed too. It’s clear the owners really invested in this very thoughtfully. But really it’s the location that makes this place so excellent. The sound of the babbling stream and the beautiful views made for a really idyllic place. Will definitely come back!
