Weekend Trip to Majestic Farm & Organic Orchard
everything you’ll ever need for a cozy stay outdoors. we chose this spot because of the tiny shelter it afforded during what was going to be below freezing temps. The kitchen space and bed set up was much appreciated and allowed us to focus enjoying the stay itself. The owners were super helpful getting us setup and providing a welcoming space. Bring layers and everything you need to keep warm in the winters - we even caught a light snow storm on our morning of departure! would come back again.

Blake was very responsive and an overall great guy. His site was immaculate. The ground was very level and could fit multiple rigs. The scenery is wonderful. We saw a ton of wildlife and it's steps away from the river. Ordering the wood from him was super convenient, we will definitely be back.

We had such a special weekend camping on Robert's land. Pictures don't do it justice. It is jaw dropping beautiful and very private. Robert is the best hip camp host we've ever had and we've used hip camp for years. He is reasonable, flexible, and very considerate. The outhouse is extremely clean, and he provides firewood for purchase, a fire pit, wash stand for dishes, and a wood countertop perfect for your camp grill to sit on. The location is primo with lots of cute little towns around and hiking trails right off his property. We are definitely making an annual trip here.

Loved staying on the farm! Our dog and kids frolicked with the welcoming pack, we explored the beautiful property and met lots of chickens. The owners were so lovely and accommodating, and Gal, who worked on the farm, was awesome. Next time, we’re bringing a bigger crew and renting the whole place out!

The valley was such an amazing place to camp at. The amenities were clean. There was plenty of distance between the sites to feel private. We will definitely come back to camp! PSA vehicle with decent ground clearance is highly recommended and there is no cell service once you drive past Phoenicia.

Ladies Shenanigans Squad weekend. Perfect weather, great friends and food, but the real winner is that water view. We sat and watched the sun rise and set on that peninsula. The colors of the sky were spectacular. The river was perfect, the bald eagle cruising by us, geese flock and local wildlife was lovely. Blake was a very gracious host and made us feel so welcome. He even sent his mom down to chat with me as we both recently had the same cervical spinal surgery so we had to compare scars (lol). It was a fantastic weekend as I said, so we will be back next season with the rest of our squad. Thanks Blake!

Tent site #2 at Balsam Gleann Meadows was a great campsite for my group. Located in the center of a huge field surrounded by mountains - what a peaceful spot! The weather was perfect, cool/dewey at night and sunny during the day. I imagine if it was super hot or windy, campsite #2 would be a bit too exposed. We had our own fire pit, the pit toilets were close by and had a hand wash stations, and the showers were clean and private. The drinking water was a bit far from the campsites, but you pass by when you drive in/out. I'd recommend bringing a jug to refill water. The host, Robert, came by to check on us a couple times to see if we needed anything. He also suggested some things to do in the area and we loved visiting Otter Falls at his recommendation. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely camp here again.

Beautiful and well taken care of property with the mountains in the background - remote enough where you can feel disconnected, but still have amenities like running water, outhouse, etc.
Spent 3 nights and felt like we didn't need to leave the property - there were trails and a creek/stream nearby that we dipped our toes in. Owners are super kind too! Plan to come back again :)

This was our first time camping at this site and we absolutely loved it. The location wonderful - the campsite sits in a large open field and is a very short hike away from a large creek. Our kids had a blast exploring the creek and surrounding area. The site was very well maintained, organized and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful and gave us a great tour of the site upon our arrival. We loved our visit here!!

A lovely spot of land located right next to a creek. Went with a 3+1 year old.
Very flat ground for kids to run around and play, and just a lot of space to set up multiple tents and multiple areas. The creek itself was very shallow, it was a little cold when we were there, but definitely see the kids having a lot of fun there when it's hot. Got to see bald eagles and some other rare birds. The only negative thing I have about the site is that it is a bit close to the highway and you can hear trucks barreling past late night. But other than that, it was great.

Ahhhhh we are already missing this beautiful campsite! My husband, 1 year old, almost 3 year old and I had the most magical weekend. This site is private yet so open! The meadow, the little trails and the walk to the creek just made our trip so special. AC warmly welcomed us in and John warmly helped us check out - thank you both so much!! This is our third time returning to the campsite- and it never disappoints! One morning, we even got to watch a bear swim across the creek and saw 1-2 bald eagles per day! Highly recommend, great experience as always!
