We are located on a hilltop with unobstructed views of the Catskill Mountains. Sit on your tent deck and soak in the natural beauty of the forest below you. We are located 8 miles from down town Delhi. Activities near and around us include: Cooperstown 1 hr Oneonta baseball camp and colleges 25 minutes Hiking trails in the Catskills Rail Trails biking Canoe and kayak rentals Weekend farmers markets Binghamton 1 hr Many local festivals and fairs throughout the summer and fallOur 16 ft Bell tent is located on a hilltop platform with unobstructed views of the Catskill Mountains. There is an outside deck where you can sit and soak up the forest below you. Bring your favorites, there is a pavilion with every thing you need to fix your own breakfast. There is a fire pit.

The bell tent is perfect and the view just amazing! Leslee and Steve really great hosts! They truly go above and beyond - gave us firewood, s’mores fixings, fresh bedding. We’re already planning to return. :)

Welcoming, cozy and beautiful!

Back o' the Woods

We were the first guests to stay in this wonderful place! It was very special: welcoming, clean and cozy. The bed is incredibly comfortable, there is a fully stocked kitchen, grill, place to make a fire and firewood, and compost bathroom. The sunset and sunrise were beautiful. The stars amazing. The hosts are a cute welcoming couple with the cutest puppy. Definitely recommend!!!! 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻
