Come join us for private wooded camping in the Butternut Valley of Otsego County NY. Close shopping , many state parks and fishing close by, Cooperstown Dream Park, and Oneonta All Star Village. We are a 420 friendly campground and retreat! Pick from several primitive spaces to set up your own tent and camp! We offer trails, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor kitchen area with grill, fire pit, and dinning area.

Our new Bell tent is set up in the middle of the forest on a 12x12 platform. Private camp site parking with a private fire ring for your own cozy fire under the stars free of any light pollution. Enjoy hiking the property; our free ranging chickens and ducks while visiting. For your added convenience we now offer a heated private outdoor shower.

The Grand Bell Tent features a spacious 16 foot diameter floor space and 9 foot ceiling height, set up on a 16x16 wooden deck. It has a nice private picnic table and its own fire ring for a private tent side fire. This site is a short distance from our fully equipped outdoor community kitchen, an out door community shower, and our premier 4-6 person Wooden Cedar Barrel Sauna which is available for an additional fee.
