This was a very old dairy farm owned by the Duntley Family. Old farming equipment dispersed throughout the property. An old foundation from a sugaring house. Beautiful old rock walls. Our property is a working farm that raises grass-fed and finished beef, eggs, and a small vegetable garden. We're a stone's throw from Lake Champlain and a two-minute drive into the town of Westport. There are multiple trailheads on our road for short, easy hikes along the CATS trail system. We are a 25-minute drive from Keene Valley, where more vigorous Adirondack Mountain hiking trailheads are accessible. For larger groups, there is an option to pitch additional tents in and around our orchard. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Family Cabin Getaway! We had a great experience staying at this cozy cabin with our kids. The place was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful nature. We had so much fun together — hiking, playing games, and relaxing by the fire. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful family escape. We’d definitely come back again

Ken hosts one of the most incredible campsites I’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and it doesn’t hurt that he’s one of the kindest souls I’ve met too! Make sure to bring a camera when you visit, the view is not something you’ll want to forget, nor the beautiful sites around the campground. This is a must-stay, and I won’t be surprised if Ken ends up being booked year-round!!! (Also, we recommend a car with higher suspension and four wheel drive as to make the trip up to the lean-to easier!) Thanks Ken :)

Ken’s site is just perfect. To die for view. Very nice lean to with a hammock where we stood our tent. Clear instructions. He sent a map and called to make sure we will settle good. You need a four wheel vehicle to get close to the lean to. Otherwise, there’s a nice campsite near the bathhouse as well. We loved our stay here. Felt super safe. And the outhouse is very accessible too if you need to go in the middle of the night. Thank you, Ken!

Excellent stay! Beautiful spot, nice and quiet. We spent a decent amount of time just reading books with the windows open. Close to everything. Fire pit was nice, also had a charcoal grill you could use. Would love to stay again, highly recommend!

Absolutely spectacular! We loved the view and the protection from the rain. We could not believe how beautiful the bath house was. We drove up to the lean to set up camp but just walked up to the tent after that.

Sweet little Adirondack-style cabin. Spacious with separate kitchen area, bathroom, porch, fire pit. Etc. Very good communicate from Mike. A nice clean place. 30 min to Mt Marcy for our hike. Recommend!

Lovely clean and comfortable cabin, 15 min from Saranac Lake and 30 min from Lake Placid. Gracious and communicative hosts. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here and hope to return again next year. One note: The fridge is a large dorm-size fridge w/a tiny freezer section, so if you have ice packs you want to refreeze or keep frozen, you might want to grab a bag of ice to put in a cooler when you are near the cab

The cabin was a nice experience, roomy, and had everything needed. The screened in porch was great, gave us some shelter from the critters and the firepit helped as well! Kitchen area is very usable, one hotplate was handy but if you plan to do significant cooking bring a stove. Fit 4 people between the full bed, the futon, and the included cot. Firewood and eggs were a nice touch!

We drove 3.5 hours in the rain and still had a good time. We took advantage of the barn but still found a way to pitch our tent and have a nice relaxing time. Didn’t get to see the lean to but we will definitely come back. In nicer weather. Thank you to Ken, who was very nice and accommodating.
