Always working on improvements! My second glamping site "The Medieval Encampment", is available for booking starting April 1st of 2025. I will have more pictures soon. In April of 2024, my long awaited 1st Glamping site was available for booking. It's been very popular! Please read the description carefully of the "Gypsy Rose Vardo", to see if it's the right fit for you. I also have 10 large camping sites available on our 33 acre property located in Northwest NJ. Sites 1 through 4 are on mowed, fairly level fields and are large enough for campers or RV's up to 30ft, or a couple of tents, and sites 5 and 6 are further back in the woods, available only for a few small tents, sites 7 through 10 are much further into the property and are only accessible with a high clearance AWD or 4WD SUV or you can park and hike your gear in. There are 3 compost toilet outhouses spread out through the property, so it's an easy walking distance from any site. Although we are only 2 1/2 miles from a main highway, the last 2 miles are on a dirt road with no houses. We are surrounded by protected land, so no neighbors and lots of wildlife, including the occasional bear, coyote or raccoon. Keep all food items secured. Because we are surrounded by protected land we are not sprayed for insects, so be safe and do tick checks often and bring the bug spray. We are 45 minutes from NYC or the Delaware Water Gap and an hour away from the NJ shore. There are horse farms nearby that offer trail rides. We are also close to the Highland and Appalachian Hiking trails. There are two reservoirs within a 20-minute drive for canoeing or kayaking. There are walking trails through our property, including a ten-minute hike on a marked trail to a small waterfall in a ravine.

We have two private, quiet and roomy wooded campsites, both with shared access to a private-entrance indoor bathroom with shower, a jacuzzi, a washer/dryer and now a cold plunge that you can set to your desired temp. Please rinse off with the nearby hose or the outside shower before using the jacuzzi and cold plunge. The bathroom, W/D, jacuzzi and ice plung are at the main house about 150 yards away. One site, Deep Woods 1, has power and party lights. Our second site, Serenity Now, has a screened gazebo. Both have plenty of parking, fire pits, chairs, and unlimited wood. Bring your tent or small camper van and enjoy! We're eight minutes to the OCNJ beaches, without the crowds and expense. You should be able to get a cell signal but no Wifi; just use your hotspot.

Our 2 and a half acre property is situated in a very rural quiet area. The Wickecheoke creek, a tributary of the Delaware, runs through the property. There is a private seating area at the little creek for serene enjoyment and private meditation. The camp site has a small firepit and picnic table and the cabin has a large firepit, a patio area, and back deck. Plenty of wood is available - free again this season. The camping area is semi wooded. Both the campsite and little "log and have access to a large open grassy area, fun for children or dogs to recreate. The little 'log cabin' is a cozy and complete cottage with full kitchen, full bathroom, queen size bed, and a pull out sofa, pull out chair and pack and play. (Sleeps 4). There are many parks, conservation reserves and nature trails to hike nearby. Your can bike along farm roads in the area and find places to have your picnic lunch. Forgot some supplies?- within 3 short miles are many shops, services and restaurants, many deliver. Several varieties of wildlife are in the area: you will spot eagles, white tail deer, racoons, wild turkeys and red fox, to name a few, while you stroll, bike or drive throughout the area. Stop at the many creeks and enjoy the vibrant sounds of the bubbling waters; fish, frogs , turtles, blue heron and the many critters who habitate the waters. For birders there are over 75 species of birds within a short walk. During changes of seasons you can often see many birds in flight migrating to far away places. Bring your binoculars and camera. For you shop and antique explorers, just a short drive to the Delaware River and its quaint villages only 10 miles away: Lambertville, New Hope and Frenchtown. The owner-occupied residence is tucked away from the road with only one neighbor in sight. We live in a 1987 geodesic dome home on the property. Additionally, our self-converted 2002 International Blue Bird school bus is parked here. There is plenty of room for you to park in the circle driveway or to the left of the dome. Enjoy our large, fenced backyard with plenty of room for activities. We have yard games available (Yard Yahtzee, Spikeball, Molkky, lawn darts, and more) and you're welcome to bring them to the beach. Crab traps, fishing poles, and a cooler are available too. Feel free to start a campfire in the designated area or relax in the two hammocks. We promise you'll never be bored here! LBI beaches, the Manahawkin Lake, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more are all minutes away. Our horse farm is located in one of the most rural areas of Southern New Jersey. This land was once occupied by The Lanape Tribe. The adjacent creek was named after Chief Alloway. Artifacts of Native Americans have been found alongside this brackish water creek. This farm was for many years a dairy farm which was passed on for 3 generations until the late 80's. Our main horse breeds are 5 Arabians followed by 2 Thoroughbreds and 2 miniature ponies. In addition to horses you will see free range rabbits, chickens and beautiful cows. There are many antique shops in this area which tell the rich History of Southern NJ. Cowen mall and Royal Port are my two favorites. Another must see experience (at least once) in the area is The Cowtown Rodeo, one of the first and oldest in the country, only 14 minutes drive. I loved RV camping here! The store was well stocked with food and practical items plus fun souvenirs. The staff were very helpful — when I had a concern about the electric hookup (later resolved), they actually sent out their tech to come take a look. The view of the Delaware River was GORGEOUS! And there was great bird activity in the trees lining the parking lot — I saw a bird species I’d never seen before (Eastern Warbling Vireo). 10/10 would recommend and go back!

Great sites right on the Delaware River! The staff was great and the sites /facilities were really clean. There is a nice rocky beach to swim in the river or use the canoes and kayaks from the campground. There is some noise from a nearby highway, but otherwise it is in a very natural setting. Take a short 2 mile drive to the town of Milford, a very cool small village setting with restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Beautiful farm with beautiful sunrise and sunset opportunities. Everything was easily assessable. Donald was quick to respond and make sure we were set up. I thought it was going to be more secluded than it was. The host wasn’t home but it kinda felt like we were right in their backyard with clear view of the home from the evening fire pit. There was also a guess house. Not sure who the people were but on occasion they were walking in front of the barn on the gravel talking on the phone. This isn’t a complaint. We loved our time there. Thats just the only thing that I would like to have understood better.

I had a great stay here! The host was friendly and put in extra care to ensure I would be warm, comfortable, and felt safe. The site is nearby their house and garage, but the garage provides some privacy and it's right next to a big open field so it doesn't feel cramped or like you're just in someone's driveway. Probably could be a lower price for what it's offering, just in comparison to other places I've stayed on here. Regardless, it was the perfect spot for me to stop along my road trip, and I would probably stay here again.
