This is a 200 year old farm filled with life. There are well groomed areas and other more wild areas. We are on almost 13 acres of land that attracts all forms of natural wildlife. In addition, we have alpacas, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs, a cat and chickens. There is a beaver pond on the lower property.
Each site includes a place to sit and eat (ie. picnic table), fire pit and just breathtaking views. Campers can drive into and park at their site. Each site is separate and private from other sites.

Each site will be given a bundle of fire wood on the house, additional wood is for sale. You are welcome to participate in farm work. Coffee (from a local NH roaster), tea, hot chocolate and potable water (from the faucet) will be available daily. We are a farm family with young children so large and rowdy or drinking parties are very heavily discouraged.

I wanted a cabin in the woods forever and my boys built me this awesome cabin! Drive down in good weather, walk or snowshoe in winter, about 300 yards. Beautiful, DRY {No running water}, no electricity cabin. Called "Unplugged" for several reasons: No electricity, No internet and most phones don't work! Bring books! 16 x 20 with a loft with stairs. Queen bed in loft and daybed downstairs. Has an outhouse. Stocked with basics for cooking on flat grill and new 2 burner camp stove.

We are at the top of Raccoon Hill. Overlooking a valley with Punch Brook at the bottom. You can see Belknap Mountain across the way. There are many trails nearby. The state snowmobile trails run nearby with access at the power lines that cross Raccoon Hill, Great for hiking, biking in the summer. And snowmobiling in the winter. State rail trail is nearby also (bottom of Raccoon Hill and rt 11) Giving access to the entire state! Highland Lake is a few miles away. Webster Lake is a bit further down the road. Welcome Center! complete with a game section, dry firewood bundles, water, fire starter kits, also, extra supplies for purchase such as drinking water, bug spray and some homemade items, eggs, toiletries and some other items to purchase with cash (honor system) or Venmo or PayPal. Check it out! You don't need to purchase extras online if you'd rather pay here with a cost savings for you :)
Onsite also, is a small library inside the Carraige House, let me know if you need a book. The old greenhouse has extra firewood available for your needs, located between 8 and 9 - also some items for you, to use, rent or purchase.

Common Area-Strickly foot traffic only, this is a space to enjoy the open sky with a table, firepit and a grill for anyone's use. If you don't want to bring a grill and don't want to cook on grates. It is a first come first serve basis. But maybe your neighbors' will all come and cook with you?
Cornhole!! Setup on weekends along the drive and next to the Common Area, find the bags in Welcome Center. The Shelf has many games, please return when not in use.

Staying here was such a fun, memorable experience. Site 5 was level and easy to set up, which made for a great night’s sleep. Coffee with the alpacas was a highlight — even in the rain, we didn’t mind at all. Sipping hot coffee while spending time with them was such a unique experience. They’re beautiful, friendly, and full of personality, and it was fun to see how curious they were about us too. We’d absolutely come back.

This place was great! Our site was perfect and our host was kind and helpful. We camped at site 10. Just a few steps from our tentsite was a small pond. There were herons nesting in a tree on the pond, beavers cruising around, white-tailed deer making their way across the field on the far side...tons of wildlife. It was a great trip.

We stayed at Site 5 (Jesse James Hideout) and loved how private it felt — level ground, surrounded by trees, with a nice view of the sky. The firewood we bought was exactly what we needed for the night. We spent the evening by the fire reading and relaxing, and both slept incredibly well — my husband said it was his best night of sleep in months. Elle was a fantastic host — very kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She gave great kayaking recommendations and shared a local trail booklet, which made the stay even better. We can’t wait to come back and explore more.

Our troop had a fantastic weekend at Elle’s Land. We loved the beautiful sunset and making s’mores around the campfire—it was such a memorable experience. The campsite is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We also went on a backpacking hike at Knowlton Forest Trails, which was absolutely amazing. Overall, a 10/10 experience—we’d definitely come back!

A great camp spot. We spent two cold snowy nights here. Space was big enough for our 10x10 hot tent. Barbie was very kind and we enjoyed meeting the chickens, cats, and alpacas. We highly recommend someday farm. Each site is unique in size. Thank you for a great weekend!

Very fun and cozy experience! There was snow on the ground and Dwayne had patted down the pathway prior to my arrival. Outhouse was very clean. Peaceful experience. The roads got very icy in the morning but Elle and Dwayne helped me get out safely.

This is definitely a great place. We stayed during some cold days, car camping with snow everywhere. The place looked like a great location for car/rv camping. Not sure about any other types of camping as we didn't explore enough. Barbie did a great job taking care of the area, had everything ready for us, including everything additional we paid for, and a nice snack. Porta potty was super clean, so that's a huge plus too. I would definitely recommend.
