There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. Whenever possible, try to arrive before dark because there are no lights at most sites, which can make setup difficult. A note regarding electric vehicles (EV): If you have an electric vehicle and would like to tent camp, please select one of our full hookup RV sites. If you have the proper electric adapter for your vehicle, you can charge your vehicle at the 30A RV plug while tenting in the field near the RV site. While civilization (Enfield and Canaan, NH) is only minutes away, there are plenty of trees for some privacy, and a good driveway and an electrical hookup for an RV. There is also a campfire/tent area. Note no potable water supply or toilet as of yet on the property. Nearby are many activities for those who love the outdoors. Most of the surrounding area is forested and sparsely populated. Goose Pond and Mascoma Lake are just minutes away, offering swimming and boating and fishing. The Appalachian Trail and upper Valley trail networks are nearby. Skiing in the winter.

Absolutely beautiful campsite along a little pond. We had some surprise visits from a couple horses, Emily and Sunny, from a neighboring farm which put a great big smile on our faces. Dwayne, the man, the myth, the legend himself brought us two very large bags of wood which we happily burned throughout the cold night. Still one of my favorite sites for its convenience and scenery. Although the highway is right next to you, after a little bit it turns into white noise and helped me sleep like a baby. Thanks again for a great stay on our final trip of the year. See you guys next year!

This is a great site! It was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend hiking trip. Site is clean and level, fit out 20’ camper van easily, and was quiet despite being close to the road. We’ll be back as there are plenty of great hikes close by!

This farm/campground, perched high above the valley, offers a beautiful landscape, private and spacious sites that can accommodate many, and clean portapotties (picture signs, decorative lights, air fresheners, bug spray, hand sanitizer, etc). It is easy to see that much care and thought has gone into the entire campground’s set up. I don’t know if there’s a section about the hosts so I’ll mention it here. Elle and Duane(Dwayne?) offer the exact hospitality one looks for when welcomed to any property. There aren’t enough words to express how much we all enjoyed the weekend.

We loved camping at the site. The amenities were excellent, and the hot tub was super clean. Overall, the experience was 5 stars. This is in no way to denigrate or take away from the positive review. This is only a suggestion moving forward. When we arrived, we were informed that we were unable to use the fire pit because there was a statewide ban due to a drought in New Hampshire. This is no way the problem of the owner of the site. It is out of their control. However, it would have been nice to know upon booking as doing a campfire is an integral part of the camping experience. The site still receives 5 stars :) -Flynn

Our stay at Camp Ebb and Flow was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, hosts Jeff and Jill greeted us with such kindness and warmth that we instantly felt right at home. They went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations for hiking trails, scenic road trips, and great spots to grab a bite — their hospitality truly set the tone for our visit. The property itself is beautifully maintained — spotless, thoughtfully landscaped, and full of charm. It’s clear that Jeff and Jill take great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. We especially appreciated their off-leash policy, as we travel everywhere with our dog, Dex, and he absolutely loved the freedom to roam and explore safely. I'd be remiss if I did not mention the bath house, yes, there's also a bath house. It's all enclosed, climate controlled, spotless, and includes Jill's personal touch with the stellar decor. If you’re looking for a place to escape the everyday hustle and recharge, look no further. Camp Ebb and Flow offers the perfect balance of peace and natural beauty. The gentle brook on the property was one of our favorite spots to unwind, listen to the soothing sounds of nature, and simply breathe. There’s no question — we’ll definitely be back. We love this camp site! It literally has everything you would need! Morning coffee on the deck in the Adirondack chairs is the most peaceful and best way to start the day. We love taking the boats out on the lake and taking a dip in the hot tub. This was our third time going to this site and we are looking forward to coming back in the future!

Wow, what a magical little Maine site! It rained while I was here, but that only made the fall colors pop even more. It is such a treat having lake access just steps away. I thoroughly enjoyed my night by the fire and exploring the Hallmark worthy towns on the way from Portland. Don't miss this spot or the gorgeous flower arrangements at the flower stand!

Weekend Trip to Camp Hood.

Excellent host, he was very helpful. We used the pontoon all day with my 13-year-old son and his buddies. We were actually pretty successful at fishing with live bait. We got some decent sized bass and a couple of bluegill sunfish, which we ate that night in tacos. The area for the tents is comfortable and the host let us use his bathroom. He also has a big grill and perfect setup for a fire. He was very responsive and had great advice on local activities and fishing. We’ll happily go back.

I had an amazing weekend camping on Jeff and Jill’s property! This was my first time camping alone and I felt incredibly safe. The property and campsites are beautiful. Jeff and Jill even brought me one of their sleeping bags because they were worried I might get too cold if temperatures dropped at night! I will definitely be coming again in the future.

This site was perfect for our camper van. The pond is pretty, and most certainly private. In terms of tent camping, there isn’t a large area that’s fully flat- maybe big enough for 1-2 tents most. The toilet is close by and clean. One thing to note- the highway is right near the property (as private and in the woods as it is) and it was surprisingly loud from this site. We could manage it no problem but if you prefer no car sounds, maybe not the best spot. The whole property is beautiful. The owners are very nice. We arrived in the dark and were a little unsure if we were in the right spot but once we got to the house/chatted with Elle and her husband, they helped us find the site. If you purchase wood from them, it’s a large amount of nicely burning wood. We will definitely return!
