Milo has mant tent sites, car camping sites (for retroverted cars & sprinter vans), 6 cabins, a luxury guest space for you to stay! Sorry we DO NOT have any RV spots at this time. Our cabins are the Hippie Trailer, which is located near the west woods near the Fairy Forest. Then the Bunkhouse just past the big barn on the north end of the property. The lodge, where the Airbnb and pool are is centrally located on the land. We rent out the lower level guest quarters for non-campers. We have a Hobbit Hut near the Frog Pond, a Boho Bus near the entry way and several Vardos (gypsy wagons). For our tent campers there are tent sites in the Eastfield, including the Movie set location of the DM Cabin, and for diehard campers the beauty of primitive pack-in/pack-out camping of Freedom Field is a joy! Seated on a secluded one-acre site, Deer Lake Retreat offers a peaceful, primitive camping experience in the heart of nature. This cozy, private spot is perfect for those looking to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.
The camp features a covered camping structure with two twin mattresses; you must provide your own bedding. There’s plenty of space for an additional tent, allowing for a small group or family to enjoy the campsite. There is parking for up to three cars, and the campsite is easy to access.
The campsite is equipped with a fire pit and firewood provided. Tiki torches are provided, but you must bring your own torch fuel. There’s also a table for food prep. This site has a porta-potty but no shower or running water.
Access to the lake for fishing, swimming, and paddling is available, but you’ll need to purchase a day pass through the City of Crystal Lakes website, which gives you access to all five lakes in the area. While swimming is allowed, we recommend you use the lakes for fishing and paddling only.

Built in 1955 by Francis Burbridge, the station was run as a Mobil Oil filling station for years until he sold it in the late 80’s
Then it was transformed into a local fixture for food and gas, known as FastLane.
With Covid putting the final nail in the coffin for FastLane as we knew it, the building sat vacant until we purchased it, revitalizing it back into this version of Burbridge Station. It now plays host to our mobile coffee shop known as The Coffee Bus. Follow Burbridge Station and The Coffee Bus, on Facebook.
Please utilize the parking lot for your over night stay. There is power and water on the eastern outside wall of the building. Please note you will need atleast a 15 to 20ft power cord to plug in, as it sits back on the wall of the building some. No drains on site. There is a trash can on the west side.
Other town amenities include John’s Market (grocery and pizza), Davies Oil (fuel) The Bottle Yard (alcohol), Mission Creek Napa (auto and truck parts) and our historic downtown square.
Please be respectful to our parking lot as the lot is under surveillance. Also note the gas station across the street leaves its pump lights on 24/7 so it’s not completely dark out.

Pretty open campsite! There is a creek nearby that looks beautiful. We really enjoyed our time camping there. I love that it was dog friendly as well :)

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time here and it’s all thanks to Kenny and Joan. We arrived a bit later than expected, but Kenny was more than welcoming and helpful despite the late arrival. The site was so peaceful and calm and clean. It genuinely felt like too good to be true the whole entire trip. Not only were the animals and land around so beautiful and fun, but the accommodations and resources available were just as satisfying. It really felt like we were family there. Definitely a time to remember and we loved it so much we couldn’t believe what a gem we had found picking this place. I would rate the hosts and everything about this place and trip an 11/10 and definitely would love to come here every time for a camping trip. Thank you Kenny and Joan for an awesome experience ❤️🙏 oh and “Trapper” is the coolest cat there is!

Kristin’s land was an excellent choice for an overnight stay. I had mistakenly read the listing, thinking cars were allowed on the grass. I called upon realizing that and she was quick to answer and she was very welcoming. Kristin was incredibly accommodating and let me car camp on one of the RV sites that was available instead. If I were not car camping I would def try the cabins. The bathroom was amazingly clean, and I had a great time. I would definitely stop here again!

One of the best locations I visited so far. I loved the fact it was very spacious and quiet other than the owls. If you love camping and have the right equipment this is a great place to stay.
