Melissa and her husband were amazing hosts. They were very communicative and easy to get a hold of. They were very clear with instructions and even physically showed us where our campsite was. If you love cats, they have farm cats that will keep you company and they take pets and cuddles as tips! They set up our firewood for us and provided a tarp/pallet to put our tent on. The wood for the fire was an added cost but you get so so much wood for cheap. We are definitely coming back to visit the cats and Bill the turkey! Just make sure to leave to campsite as pretty, if not prettier than you found it :) 10000/10 would recommend!

My kids didn't want to leave! They loved seeing all the animals but took a special liking to the two dogs, Ellie and Harley. We got a tour of the property on the four-wheeler, took the canoe out, had a fire, and enjoyed the cool weather and sounds of the roosters in the morning. We'd definitely love to return sometime. Great location and awesome hosts!

Michael’s campsite is hands-down our favorite place to go when we want to unplug and truly relax. It’s peaceful, private, and has everything we need for a perfect camping getaway. Since our last visit, Michael has made several great updates that made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best additions is the wooded risers for the tents—such a smart improvement. It rained during our stay, but we didn’t have to worry at all about water or mud seeping into the tent. The risers kept everything dry and level, and we didn’t have to deal with any uncomfortable rocks poking through the floor. Another great update is the fire pit setup. It now has a sturdy metal ring, a metal cooking rack, and a hook for Dutch ovens, which made it super easy to cook meals right over the fire. We also took advantage of the kayak that Michael provides, which was such a fun and relaxing way to spend part of the day on the water. One of the things we appreciate most about this site is how private and quiet it is. Our dog loves being able to run around freely without the stress of other people or dogs randomly showing up. It’s so nice to just let her be a dog without worry. Michael clearly puts a lot of thought into making this a comfortable and welcoming spot, and it shows. Every time we leave, we’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and pet-friendly escape in nature!

Beautiful property off the beaten path. Nice amenities such as WiFi, picnic tables, fire rings and bath house. Amazing host who was very responsive. We were the only campers so we had to place to ourselves. The spots are close together so it may have felt a little tight had the campground been full, but we had a great experience.

This property is so gorgeous. That was my favorite part. Steven was super nice and available to help out. And, I appreciated the bathroom. Keep in mind you'll drive on a gravel road for 4 miles. We didn't notice that part until we saw it on Google Maps. Ha Ha Tonka State Park is less than 10 miles away.

There was plenty of space in a mowed grass field to choose where to setup camp. The toilet is not too far from any location on the property. They also have a pergola which saved us from having to sit in the rain. The owners are friendly and welcoming.

We love it here! The hospitality from the hosts is amazing! They are wonderful people who are always willing to help! We will for sure be back for next years Moores Expo, this has become a tradition. It’s our favorite place, it’s calm and peaceful and always clean and well kept!

We had an amazing stay on Steven’s land!! We had issues getting to the site, and Steven was super easy to get ahold of and gave us great directions. The site was beautiful, and we had a great time visiting Ha Ha Tonka State Park.
