Tall Oaks Campsite: A small private site and is our only rustic style site, so no water or electricity, designed maximum 6 people with parking for 3 cars on site and space for 4 average size tents. This site has a picnic table, portable toilet, scenic overlook, hammock, fireplace, a bench and charcoal grill.
Twisted Oak Campsite: A medium-sized luxury private site includes potable water and electricity on site, designed for maximum 8 guests with parking for 4 cars on site and has space for several tents. This site has a picnic table, portable toilet, scenic overlook, hammock, fireplace, benches, charcoal grill, and on-site string lights.
Red Maple Campsite: A large luxury private site that includes potable water and electricity on site, designed for a maximum 10 guests with on-site parking space that is 90ft long and 20ft wide, for an RV or 6-8 cars and overflow parking for several more cars. It is designed to be backed into with an RV and then pulled out of. Amazing little place in the trees and by the river. My partner and I had an amazing time lounging on the dock and want to come back to fully enjoy the river when it's hotter next year! The fully equipped kitchen and that powerful little stove made us some great meals that felt perfect for the end of summer. Can't wait to return!

Lovely place, fresh air, tree house is small but well suited, definitely coming back, love that is close to the river, had so much fun in it we fished with my daughter. She learned there how to ride a kayak for the first time. Over all little tree house is a must on a bucket list. As for the host very attentive, respectful. He has the place neat and well mantain. We love it. Thanks Mr. Bruce 🙏

Weekend Trip to Historic Cottage Retreat-IG Worthy
We very much enjoyed our stay at Robin's cottage. Very cozy with fun decor. We didn't use the outside amenities but there is a large deck with a giant table, games, inflatable hot tub and small pool which would be fun during the summer (it was a bit too chilly for us). Stores are not far away, Boonsboro is small but cute with a very nice coffee shop and Nora Robert's bookstore and you are very close to Antietam, wineries and breweries. there is no dining table (a small bar counter) and small fridge so a longer stay with more than 2 people would need some planning. Host responded quickly and though you are right behind the main house it was nice and quiet.
