This is a residential 7 acre property in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are right off the main road for easy access about 15-20 minutes south of Bangor. It is very peaceful and calm here. We live in the 5 bedroom older farmhouse where you can use the bathroom if needed. You will receive a code for the electronic door lock. There is a small stream and community fireplace by the 4 campsites and another fireplace closer to the garden. The designated campsites are at the rear of the property and are first come, first serve. A tent can be set up anywhere on the 7 acres and does not need to be in the designated campsite area. We have easily acomodated 20+ canpers at once (6-8 groups), though typically you might be the only group here. Car camping, van life, and RVs are welcome! There are some lightly wooded areas, apple trees, a pear tree, and an open field. We are pet friendly and there animals that live here that won't bother you. I also travel a lot as a DJ and audio tech and might not be here, but have a self check in process and video I will send. Roommates are generally here. Maine Savings Amphitheatre is 15 min away (concerts in Bangor). Acadia National Park is just over 1 hour away. Bangor and Bucksport are both about 15 min away. Fort Knox is about 20 min away. From the campsites, the road and house are not visible. We have flowers when in season, deer, turkey, birds, and friendly creatures that visit. Please be ready to be self sufficient and sustainable in any weather. Well water is available at the RV posts and passes all tests - pure and safe for drinking. RV parking may need to be arranged with myself. For RVs, Electric hook up is 30amp and an extra $10/day. Water hook up is $5/fill. Chopped, split, and dried wood (pine) is available included in your Hipcamp fee! You can burn what you need for the day/night. Thank you. Sometimes we get campers who are going to a concert in Bangor, which is awesome. Any hours coming and going are fine! Feel free to reach out with any questions. Enjoy a peaceful stay. 🙏

Welcome to our easy camping spot. We are in a rural residential neighborhood close to everything; groceries, eateries, and Acadia National Park is a 20 minute drive off the main artery. Here you will find rest, peace and relaxation off the beaten track. But LLBean, and Shaw's Grocery, HomeDepot and Walmart are less than 5 minutes away in downtown Ellsworth. We will provide you with potable water. Use of shared compost outhouse. And, we sell you very good firewood for a competitive price. Sites are with drive -in access or park and walk 120 feet into our woods sites. We welcome dogs on leash. Minimum two. Limit 5 to a site. Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM are mandatory. We live on a dirt road, so a speed limit of 15 for 3/4 mi. is required.
