Country Charm, City Convenience

1 site · RV, Tent10 acres · Gallatin, TN
Country livin', just 3 miles from Gallatin Square! Site is easy-in, easy-out and even has a deck you can pull right up to, to enjoy the perfect sunset. Full sewer, water, and electrical hookups with trash removal once a week. Plenty of parking. Owners also live on the property, which is fully enclosed in trees, with a small pond and creek (when it rains); open to you for a peaceful walk in nature anytime. There is also plenty of outdoor space for growing a garden, outdoor games, or playing with the kids. It’s awesome to be so close to the city and still be able to enjoy an evening around a real campfire (with permit), while gazing up at the stars. We will be happy to share with you all the amazing places nearby to go for live music and great food, and we are also hoping you have time to enjoy Tennessee for its natural beauty. We have been told that there are more waterfalls here in Tennessee than any other state in the nation, and the ones we have seen so far are gorgeous! There are also tons of water sports, parks, hunting, and more history than anyone can learn about in a lifetime. No smoking, vaping, or hunting on the property. We live near a busy family farm. You will hear farm noise during your stay and may also smell some farm smells on days when the wind is blowing this direction (not often, but sometimes). If this is an issue for you, or anyone in your party, please do not make a reservation. We will not provide refunds. We expect that you'll be respectful of our property and the hard work and love it takes to maintain it. If that's amenable for you, then we'd love to have you come visit!
